There is a fair bit of noise from folks gathering at the pavillions in the south-east corner of the green during the evenings (and nights). It would be good to signpost : Vacate premises after 11 pm (or such).

This was a stay of many records. Primarily, it was the shortest recorded stay I've had of any hotel room- 5 minutes. 5 minutes was what took to go up to my room, assess how bad the situation was, and then book another hotel. This 'hotel' was misleading with it's images and descriptions. I have personally seen better hostels and hole in the walls. The bathroom, in particular, took inspiration from the old asylums and mental institutions with regards to both health and cleanliness. It is comforting in a way to see that there are less clean places than the London Underground. I can go into further detail but I will simply summarize by saying that as a man in his mid 20's traveling abroad, I do not ask for much and I am quite cost conscious. This 'hotel' caused me to book an entirely new room elsewhere at full cost... and I have no regrets. Other than booking this place, of course

Room was clean and the reception staff were helpful. I love that they offer to store your luggage in the case you arrive early. To make it known it seems that the building is mainly used as dorms for students and during the summer months converted to a hotel style accommodation. Just to note our room did not have air conditioning just a small desk fan. We we ready for this as most of UK and EU do not use air con. With that being said it fit our needs and was a pleasant stay overall.

Basic accommodation. While booking one doesn't realise one is booking student accomodation until you start searching for goole map. Lift was not working and they gave accommodation on the fourth floor. They escorted to the room using a lift next building with intervening door requiring staff pass. Asked a question how were we suppose to get down and up again? They had no answer. Finally after several hours we got accommodation in entirely different building. Not happy at all. Breakfast was full english but placed egg stiff, bacon was so stiff we had to throw it. Pastry cold and at 0945 fruit salad finished.

I did not realise it was student accommodation that is repurposed as hotel accommodation during the summer it does say so in the advert obviously I need to wear my glasses more... Reception staff very nice and helpful, room nice although a bar fridge and TV would have been nice. Only complaint - the group stays (foreign language students?) are rather noisy more than gan you would expect in a hotel although it's nice to hear them enjoying themselves I could have done with a bit more sleep :)

Check in was busy at 3 pm but that is to be expected. There were plenty of staff to manage the surge. The room was very clean, quiet, and had everything you would need. I will definitely stay here again as the location was perfect!
