Wouldn't stay here again. The room was clean & beds comfortable. However, I booked a family room & the room we had certainly wasn't! Room was very small & single beds very close together, it was small even for 2 people. Also, nowhere for clothes etc apart from a very small rail with 1 coat hanger. Couldn't have stayed for more than 1 night. Something else that seemed odd was the hotel staff pushing to be paid in cash in return for a small discount. There are better hotels around.

Bit noisy outside during the night but we didn’t realise the window was ajar, which probably didn’t help! Room was lovely. Great views. Bed very comfortable

Little stop before our cruise to this place. It was the perfect place to stay for the night. We will come back for sure.

Another wonderful stay. Friendly staff, clean room. Mattress was a little too firm for our liking, but was ok for a couple of nights.

A solid hotel in a great spot with nice clean rooms and friendly staff.

Our stay was very disappointing. First of all, the hotel was nowhere near the seafront as advertised. You would have to walk about 10-15 minutes to get there. They also advertised King-size bed which turned out to be a Standard Double on the 4th floor with no lifts. My wife and I had to carry our luggages l the way taking a few minutes rest on the 3rd floor. When questioned about the size of the bed the Manager only trued to justify it saying the bed in our room was larger compared to others innother rooms. I don't think we woild ever use this hotel again.

Booked a sea room , as per phone call to say can you pay cash instead of card. Ended up with a park view, nice hotel but not managed very well

Very friendly staff on arrival and in all interactions. Public spaces looked nice. Room was clean and simple. Only gripe was the need to de-timescale the taps and shower head. The bathroom was spacious and modern and the stuttering and erratic spray caused by limescale blockages was out of place and could’ve made for a much more pleasant experience. Overall was good value for a single room, was visiting my daughter at uni and would happily stay there again when doing so.

Very pleased with the welcoming receptionist. Nice ambience and newly refurbished pleasant ground floor bedroom.
