The TV really didn't work, which was frustrating

Air con system faulty in room and pumped hot air in room all night awful night with family. Hotel staff had no answer despite £192 cost. No refund offer or compensation promised to call back with manager and didn’t bother. In adjoined pub toilet seats ripped off, no loo roll and empty vodka bottles in the toilet. Will never go back

Clean but dated room, friendly staff and good value for the location.

Fair accommodations. Elevator on 4th floor malfunctioned

No hot water. The bed sheet were tiny. The hotel is very noisy.

Well maintained and neat. The food was good too but except for the fact that there was no microwave in the room

Excellent stay at this hotel

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, large room (executive double), staff were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking spaces, there is a spot on the way down to the parking which crunches your bumper, not the end of the world as you are going slow but not ideal. The showers are good, plenty of pressure and good temperature control, however they are low. I have to duck to be able to get underneath it.

The stay was uncomfortable. The area in which the hotel is in is very urban city like. The hotel wouldn't give refunds for anything. I paid for my breakfast in advance, didnt enjoy the first day, requested a refund for the next for days. They wouldnt give it to me. Instead they said they would consider the rest of the days as a paid dinner. Dinner was not enjoyable either. Still no refund granted. I also had to a moldy shower curtain upon my arrival and had to request a new one. They don't use wash clothes at this hotel so i had to go out and purchase my own.

The room had marks on the walls, the carpet was dirty and the shower curtain had mould on it

Noisy air conditioning unit that can't be turned off

hotel needs work, this is 4 star but room is old and dated, windows so filthy cannot see out of, years worth of pigeon mess on all sills, balconies etc, bedroom curtain thin and held by a wire, not black out thermal or insulated which would help to dampen the sound from the very busy road and would be expected as standard in a 4star hotel. Dust in rooms, dirty glasses were in corridor when I arrived and same glasses still in corridor when I left two days later. Shower water not the hottest but that may be personal preference. housekeeping policy is every third day unless requested, I did not request yet housekeeping entered and replaced bath floor towel onto bath, nothing else was done and housekeeping would have walked past the glasses in the corridor and left them Bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice. Parking expensive given street parking is free for the overnight

Great Hotel with Friendly professional staff.

I have stayed here for many years, and usually good. I was put in an awful room, very dirty, mattress was brown. No signal in my room and an awful sewage smell throughout my stay. Not happy at all.

Subhara on reception was an excellent team member

The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was clean and housekeeping came everyday. The AC broke down for the last three days of our stay, but the weather cooled anyway- so we didn't need it. The building looks due for a remodel - just rough around the edges. One elevator worked, the other did not. Fine during the week, but the hotel was very busy on the weekends, so you had to wait awhile at the elevator. Nice location overall.

Our room was very dated with stains on the carpet and a worn out bathroom, Making it feel like it wasnt very clean. Our room was missing an iron and the air-con didnt work, Staff were friendly enough and the location was great for a short ride to Wembley, Front of hotel is nice and clean with good parking facilities. We decided not to have breakfast based on how are room was.

This is my second time staying at the crown. Its accessible to most places. Many transportation options. Wish there was a fridge in the room. Staff is great!
