Very nice

From the time we entered the hotel to the time we left the staff showed us nothing but love and friendship. The staff are a credit to the hotel and I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. The food was excellent and love the breakfast over all a great place and really good transport routes

Great value for money at a quality establishment, rooms are well maintained and comfortable with quiet air conditioning. Breakfast was included and was a good standard with pleasant staff.

The Drayton is a wonderful, historic building in the Ealing area. There is an expansive courtyard with a bar and seating outside. A lot of locals visited the bar and restaurant and sat outside, not just hotel guests. That's always a good sign. Excellent, friendly, attentive staff.

Room was lovely very comfortable and plenty of space Ironing board coffee machine included fresh milk in fridge on landing so avoiding use of plastic milk pods

Great service at all touch points, great location too being only a 2 mins walk to West Ealing tube station, and the food we had (1 X dinner and 3 X breakfasts) was faultless

The hotel was perfect for our needs, super close to the tube and easy to get to from Heathrow and to Paddington on the same line (Elizabeth). Going into London central was not a priority. Hotel food was good, wonderful breakfast options and outdoor area. Shower clean and good water pressure. Room was on the small size but ok for one night. I’d definitely stay there again!

Hotel was an old English hotel that was a pleasant surprise. The room was beautiful and clean. Very friendly staff with easy access to the train and a nice pub downstairs. Street had construction so a little noisy but overall loved the hotel and would highly recommend it especially if you need easy access to Heathrow.

Drayton Court Hotel is truly one of the best hotels in London! While it’s not located in central London, its proximity and excellent transport links make it incredibly convenient. In fact, I’d say that judging by its location, atmosphere, and service, Drayton Court Ealing is far superior to many of the more expensive, well-known posh hotels in central London! What stood out to us the most was the staff. Even before we arrived, their kindness shone through in phone conversations, offering helpful advice and suggestions with such warmth that it felt like we were going home, not to a hotel. During our stay, every member of the team was not only polite and helpful but also genuinely friendly and open-minded. It’s clear that they love what they do, and their amazing teamwork creates such a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. It made us feel safe, happy, and right at home. We stayed in a luxury room for Valentine’s Day, and it was absolutely stunning! Everything was spotless and of the highest standard—no complaints at all. The temperature in the room was easily adjustable, making it cozy and comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured there was no noise disturbance whatsoever. Food was impressive, breakfast was made with high-quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. In fact, we found it even better than the breakfast we’d had a week earlier at a Hilton Hotel! Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend Drayton Court Hotel, its restaurant, and its pub!

My girlfriend and I came to stay for Valentine’s Day and we had a marvellous stay! The Junior Suite we booked was bursting with character and charm - we stayed in the room called “Went The Day Well?” We loved the massive bathtub, the comfy bed, and the ability to change the temperature of the room and bathroom. We only had one small issue with the heating, where one of the fans (in the room) blew only cold air while the other (in the bathroom) blew warm air, and we wanted it warmer in the room - but one quick trip to reception and they were able to sort it for us within about 10 minutes, and the woman at reception was so friendly. In fact, all the staff were super friendly and accommodating, we felt so welcome during our stay! We would definitely like to come back for more than one night, and would say this is a must-stay for anyone looking!

A superb hotel, made better by the refurb.

Fantastic hotel for a stay before flying from Heathrow. I’ll never use an airport hotel again. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. Food was great and we were lucky enough to be there on a Monday for the quiz which was lots of fun.

The room was very clean, warm with great amenities such as shampoo, handwash etc, iron, kettle and free hot drinks and water. 10% off meals and a free complimentary drink. Fuĺl breakfast included however i felt the sausage was a bit under cooked. The room was a bit on the small side aswell. Bed was very comfortable Yes i would stay again if needed

Everything about our stay was amazing. All of the staff couldnt do enough for us, breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Bar was cosy with a nice vibe. The room was lovely, nespresso machine, posh teas and luxury bedding. The bathroom and shower felt very luxurious with lovely complimentary products to use. We found the transport links easy and frequent although you can walk to Ealing Broadway where there are some lovely restaurants ans coffee shops. We wouldnt hesitate to stay in the hotel again and the only suggestion we would make would be to have netflix or another streaming service available on the tv in the room. We had 1 day where the weather was truly horrendous and only had a few terrestial channels to choose from.
