Good value/ big rooms & bathroom. Good location.

Was charged double the amount it should be for the deposit, showed 2 staff members the email saying it was 50 yet was still charged 100. Light switches were filthy and sticky had to wipe them down ourselves, green pillows were covered in hair, bathtub had dirt marks still in it and shower holder broke as soon as I touched shampoo. Shower was amazing, lovely hot tub and comfy bed, air con was nice too. Overall decent stay but for a suite and an 5 star hotel and how much you pay you’d expect the room to at least be cleaned properly. Would not return

Loved this hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. Room was the perfect size and I highly recommend booking the room with a balcony. Staff were all lovely, cocktails fab and the decor perfect. Really liked its unique quirkiness. A hop, skip and a jump from the Natural History Museum which was fab for our night there at a silent disco.

The decor is a 90s fever dream which we appreciated, and the staff were lovely, it was very clean and overall great value. I’d stay again, it’s a great location too.

Best unique Hôtel experience ever - colorful, artistic, welcoming, whimsical, exceptional service.

I booked this hotel as a treat for our anniversary as it was listed as 5 star – and because of this expectation we were so, so disappointed. It’s definitely not a 5 star! Maybe a 3 at best… The room was tiny, and we could barely walk around the bed and there was very little space to unpack and get dressed comfortably. It felt dated, with the faux-marble laminate peeling off the cheap furniture underneath. The TV was too big for the room and blocked the small single-glazed window making the room feel even more claustrophobic and depressing. There was no fridge or other amenities, just a coffee-pod machine and an old electric kettle with a few drink options & a small pack of biscuits. The were no useable plug sockets on the small desk, & the ones by the bed were unusable as they were blocked by the huge cornice & fixed drawers next to the bed – we therefore had to plug the kettle into the only useable socket in the corridor on the floor! The intermittent wifi signal seemed really poor & the AC didn’t appear to work either (set at 19 but the room was uncomfortably 24!). The average bathroom had no windows & the water didn’t seem to drain from the shower or sink very well. I never write reviews, but felt obliged this time as it isn’t what you’d expect from a 5* star hotel and has definitely been misrepresented! Hotels.com et al should be doing their due diligence on * ratings before listing. It certainly wasn’t the 5* treat we were expecting and I'm glad we only booked 1 night

Staff was friendly, hotel is convenient to transportation and the hot tub room was perfect for relaxing after long days of walking.

Great location for the museums , nice breakfast quiet room (deluxe) . Would be happy to stay here again.

Really beautiful boutique hotel in Kensington. Perfect location for Royal Albert Hall and train station. Lots of places to eat and drink. The room was lovely! Everything comfortable and quality Rituals bathroom products. Great shower which was separate to bath Coffee machine and water in the room. Very quirky and great value Would stay again for sure

Lovely hotel, we did not eat or drink there so can’t comment on food/drink. Very clean and bed very comfortable. We were on the top floor and found the room very hot overnight and the air conditioning would not go below 19 degrees, apart from temperature of room lovely stay

An oasis of calm in a busy area. Small but charming & unique.

It was a very unique property. We had a very nice terrace which I loved. But the bed was very uncomfortable. We also ended up with a very leak in the ceiling in the middle of the night. Had to change rooms twice but the staff was great about it.

Brilliant stay - best part was the staff! Really excellent service. I also encourage future travellers to take advantage of the 2-for-1 cocktails! Great location too.

Excellent value for London. Small but well appointed room. Clean and in good condition. Friendly and helpful staff.
