The Falcon Inn

Found all staff to be very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was especially good. The bedroom would benefit from some tlc although as Falcon has new owners we appreciate they must have a lot on right now, especially at this time of year.

The staff were very pleasant however the room remains in the 1970s.

It was ok staff where lovely

On arrival the member of staff on duty was friendly and chatty. Booked us in, told us what room to go to. Upon entering this room it had not been serviced after previous guest had vacated. We were transferred to another room. There was a strange smell as you walked into this room and it had cobwebs everywhere. The bathroom needed a deep clean. Only good thing we found about this stay was a very good breakfast with friendly staff. Will not stay here again.

Bed for the night. A little tired in places but served a purpose and only a short walk into town where the was more life.

Great little very reasonably priced hotel. A bit dated but clean and lots of room. Nadine was fab and so friendly at check in and at the bar. Didn’t expect the church bells so often during the night, but not the hotels fault. Breakfast was nice. Free parking too so can’t ask for more given the price.

Quaint pub/hotel combination. Staff amazing. Locals interesting!...plenty of parking. Excellent for a stopover. Free breakfast with real bacon!. Couldnt fault it.

I had a good stay, it was spacious and affordable with a homely atmosphere, my room was larger then I expected but did find the bed was a little uncomfortable, the bathroom was well kept and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Nice to have a cooked breakfast. Room was ok Double bed was too small. No shower in room.

Tiny, uncomfortable bed, bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, toilet was full of toilet paper and waste- absolutely disgusting, no shower gel, kareoke right under the room. Staff never seemed to be around, not even the offer of a free drink after the disgusting bathroom!

Staff were great; food was good; beer was ok; atmosphere in bar good as Open Mic night - but the room was worse than tired, no hot water, no lamps by bed, no Wi-Fi code(bar Pwd never worked in room) I would avoid this place - sorry

Staff very welcoming. Rooms quite basic but clean. It is a pub so there was a lot of noise from music and customers.

Room was quiet cold but other than god value
