our stay was amazing the hotel is right by paddington station as well as a 10 minute walk away from Hyde park. the room was in perfect condition the bed was comfy the shower had not only good pressure but a great temperature. the staff were all friendly and went above and beyond to help us.

This is a boutique hotel with a convenient setting near Paddington Station. It has a coffee house in the lobby/entry. The staff were kind but not overly friendly. Breakfast options were very nice. Please note, the rooms are tiny which means the bathrooms are also tiny and there is no lift. Thankfully these were not an issue for us, but if you are unable to use stairs easily or are a taller/larger person, you may feel a lot more cramped. There is a park across the street and a lot of touristy shops nearby. Pubs and restaurants are plentiful within a short walk. It was perfect for one night.

Cute hotel with loads of character in an excellent location to Paddington Station. Very comfortable bed however the rooms are tiny and the road noise is pretty bad so if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend.

Very noisy and ants in the bathroom when I arrived. Staff were not overly friendly and looked grumpy most of the time. I also got charged for breakfast that I did not order.

Perfect location for us as we only had two nights and had to fly out after two days so we wanted something close to Paddington station. We ordered large rooms but could’ve been a little larger. All other amenities perfect. Shared tea/coffee room was okay. Breakfast amazing.

I’ve stayed at The Pilgrm many times, and it’s consistently excellent. Check-in is fast, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are always spotless. With its superb location, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

The first thing to say is don't be fooled by the wide angle shots of the rooms. Our was a "large" with barely enough space to swing a cat. The location is very noisy, with lots of locals, street people and traders busy all through the night. The breakfast is far too expensive. Save your money and go to McDonald's 3 doors down tbh. Overall average to disappointing I'm afraid. Staff are very friendly though.

2 nights for business. Great breakfast, shame the bar didn't stay open later for later arrivals. Room in M wing and there was noise from the air conditioning outside and the odd rumble of a tube which is the only reason its not a 5

Great location next to Paddington (a one minute walk) opposite the station, excellent friendly service. Small rooms but great. Shower was cold (I have read this in other reviews) and it would be great to have a kettle in room. Great brunch. Will definitely go back.
