Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were updated and nicely maintained. Even though they were small, it was comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Easy walking distance to the Tube and the local area is filled with restaurants.

The room we stayed in was in a basement and had a fake window. There was a fan in the “window” which was so loud and made it hard to sleep but couldn’t be turned off because the room would get too hot. It was also very small and cramped. Some of the staff were dismissive and seemed annoyed to help while others were quite pleasant, which was strange. The cleanliness of the room was fine but I definitely would not stay here again. The only benefit is that it is close to Hyde park for events but I still don’t think that justifies the price and the poor service.

We were a group that booked 4 rooms. It was very hot outside. Only 2 rooms had adequate AC. No windows that opened. One of the rooms should have not been sold as a double. Tiny room. Luckily they changed the couple into another room after the first night.

Room was not ready at when we arrived 20min after check in time. Small room but ok, no window though and in a basement room also meant no reception either.

Our room was below ground, did not have a window, and smelled musty when we put the air conditioning on. The shower was extremely small and would be difficult for someone larger to use.

The room we stayed in was in a basement and had a fake window. There was a fan in the “window” which was so loud and made it hard to sleep but couldn’t be turned off because the room would get too hot. It was also very small and cramped. Some of the staff were dismissive and seemed annoyed to help while others were quite pleasant, which was strange. The cleanliness of the room was fine but I definitely would not stay here again. The only benefit is that it is close to Hyde park for events but I still don’t think that justifies the price and the poor service.
