Beautiful small room with enough space for the two of us. The location was amazing. Very comfy bed and a nice view from our room.

Staff helpful but could smile a bit more. Very quiet. Great location. Breakfast has great variety.

The location of the hotel is 10/10. Very central! Breakfast is ok, good. The rooms were also good, but the bathroom can be made better. The only let down in this hotel was during the check in, the staff who received us was not very friendly and not accommodating and kept insisting that they did not have our booking in the system (as we have booked via 3rd party). We arrived and checked in at around 9PM, ended at around 2AM after so much calling and coordinating etc, they have found our booking in the end!!! Hopefully, their staff/system has a way to improve such issue to avoid inconvenience to the guests in the future. The other staff (the next shift) were nicer and helped us a bit more. Aside from that, the hotel room and location was excellent.

Great reception team but they had issues with the security doors all weekend. Room was ok but aircon made it to hot or cold. Think they only have one cleaner as no one had made up our room by 4pm. Breakfast is very limited but fresh.

Extremely helpful! Big shout out to the night manager who responded to our needs and subsequently we gained an upgrade for the night🙂 And thank you Medi for the hospitality during breakfast, which was spot on!

Great location - walking distance to many attractions and restaurants

It was not good we had a room with no view the breakfast was like rubber

Rooms are old, sheets are dirty we found pubic hair underneath the comforter. Stained and dated furnitures. Lamps and ac are thick with dust.

We stayed one night as we were in town to see a concert. after checking in we were out for the evening. On our return we discovered our bathroom toilet was blocked and would not flush. All staff had left. We had no toilet facilities all night. We complained in the morning and the hotel staff seemed to think that as they sent maintenance up to the room at 9am that was acceptable. We checked out at 9.15. It was not acceptable! I will be complain(no to HO.

Maybe OK for an old hotel and location, but for the cost falls short.

Stay was good, total nights. But theres something very important that the housekeeping team should be educated. 1. On our arrival day, we asked for water n pillow. The housekeeper came, knocked once n opened the door immediately when i was changing 2. On 3rd day, we left the room at 7am with make up room signage n return at 330pm but the room wasnt make up. Hence, we replaced it with DND signage as we were jetlagged n trying to snooze. The housekeeper came at 430pm knocking at the door. I meam its like, theres a reason for DND signage! 3. Table , side tables are covered with layer of dust.

The hotel is very central to what we wanted to do in London. The staff are great, Medina on breakfast was lovely and friendly, having a chat about our plans. The room was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We returned to our room in the evening to find that housekeeping dropped a full bag of trash in our room and also left dirty towels on the floor near the door. Front management was not concerned as the person I spoke to said that housekeeping was gone for the day, so someone would be up to get the area cleaned up later.
