Pleasantly surprised - modern and clean. Had evening meal in restaurant which was very good, Excellent choice for breakfast - food hot and well cooked. Will definitely stay here again if accommodation needed in the area,

Friendly welcome, check-in desk in an awkward place, feel like your in the way of the bar staff or customers queuing the bar. Causing an obstruction with suitcases for someone wherever you stand. Room spacious and clean, plenty of tea, cofee milk etc provided. Had dinner, which was good and even had a go at the quiz! Breakfast the following morning was ok. There seemed to be some sort of staff meeting going on at one part of the dining room, and so there wasnt much instruction on what to do with regards helping yourself to tea or coffee etc, or care taken to provide much of a service, ordered at the bar, i had an omelette and it tasted a bit burnt in places. Server looked like she was the only one working and hence why maybe she didnt look happy to be there, but she wasnt rude at least.
