One night stay at Union bank apartments. Communication from owners was excellent from booking to leaving. Apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious with a huge bed. Fully equipped kitchen, with tea, coffee etc. Our apartment had a shower which was amazing, also large.
There is a lift to all floors, which you don't always get in older buildings. An added benefit for us was a security guard on Friday & Saturday night.
Fairly central with lots of bars & restaurants nearby. The cavern club & Liverpool One only a 5 minute walk away.
The only negative was the building work going on next to the apartments, but in all honesty, we never heard any noise
Will definitely be going back & would recommend.

Excellent location. The property was difficult to get to due to road closures and property work. There were a few small issues with the couch being stained but comfortable, we couldn’t get to plug in the bath to stick so the bath was unusable, and the complimentary coffee and sugar were old, hard and stale. Overall the apartment was nice and did the job. Communication with admin was really good!

Its clean, was impressed with the conditions.
Stove, dishwasher, washing machine, heaters, tv made available. The toilet was clean & theres a jacuzzi 😀.
We asked for triple room & was given a king bed, awesome.
Liverpool one shopping was just a walking distance.
We will return in future when we visit Liverpool.

The first room we had we had to leave due to a leaking tub and lack of hot water and heat. The next room was better but the building was very noisy! The staff were extremely nice!

We were here for one night only. The apart-hotel is well positioned, close to the docks and the city centre. Parking might be an issue as there's a lot of redevelopment going on around.
The unit's fine. Comfortable and well equiped (although the kitchen's a bit basic.)
