Awesome experience!

Reception staff first class and excellent gym

reasonable stay. When we arrived at the hotel, the parking was difficult to say the least. The amount of churn in the car park due to the gym and the pool users was excessive. My wife commented on this and how hotel guests should really have a separate car park to avoid damage to their cars. How prophetic that was. Upon arrival, we met with my daughter for dinner at the hotel. Both commented on how ‘laddish’ the atmosphere in the bar and grill was, and how uncomfortable they might feel if they were travelling alone. So much so, my wife ordered room service.the night I was in London. We both slept reasonably well, but had we gone to bed early (pre 11pm) we would have most certainly been disturbed by the stomping of feet in the room above, and the loud chatter and noise in the corridor.our room was on (we were in room 219). Also, my wife and myself are non-smokers. Our room looked out on to the front of the hotel and was also a family room. We.like to sleep with a window open. It had to be closed due to the.noise at the front of the hotel of a nighttime, plus the ingress of smoke into our room. We then also noticed that the window did not close properly with a large gap at the top of the window. Bathrooms in hotels have always amazing me as to their non-friendly design. This bathroom was no one exception. I am 5’ 7” on a good day and the toilet roll holder was at a perfect height to dig into my thigh every time is u

Convenient location. Regular stay.

Paid £150 for a night last night, feel it was a tad overpriced. Although all was fine with the room and slept well, coffee and tea facilities were a little limited. My partner and I dont drink caffeine and were informed that the hotel dosnt carry decaffeinated items. When asked the staff pointed us to the on site starbucks...maybe invest in cattering for all customers.

Convenient for my one night stay

Good value for money. Clean and tidy.

The only thing wrong was the TV not having strong enough signal. Bed comfy, bedding clean, shower was good and generally very pleasant.

Food was great. Room was great. Bed was very comfortable

Great hotel, great value.

Same problem, anytime I stay - the restaurant service is terrible. Orders forgotten, quailty of food for price is sub-par. This is why I avoid staying at this heavy over-priced hotel; not the high-room rates, the terrible service.

Receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly.

It was convenient for us to stay there and the staff are very helpful.

I like village hotels for the quality of the rooms and the fantastic gyms. My experience on this booking wasn’t that bad , and I think I was unlucky as: 1 - the room heater didn’t work and it’s now mid winter and was freezing. But, not the end of the world as I sleep better in a chilly room. 2 - when I arrived at 6pm, there was a running club meet up with many people ready to go for a run. There were no hotel Parking spaces as the runners had taken them all. I ended up parking somewhere down the road But, I’ll go back to the same hotel as I do think I was unlucky

Hotel is clean and tidy. Temperature in room was too low and air con didn’t alter.

Room was clean and had the swimming pool use added as a kind Christmas gesture.
