Really Lovely hotel, great facilities and rooms nicely furnished. Staff are brilliant and I am always warmly welcomed.

Everything sparkling clean and new. Loved everything apart from the so called water saving sinks which do not close. Can not see how it saves water when shaving

Everything! Friendliest staff, clean, warm and comfortable room. Lovely shower! Lovely breakfast! The whole place is modern and luxurious, with a warm cosy feeling. I felt very safe even though I travelled alone.

Stayed for one night and visited the east coast seaside and roseberry topping. The hotel is exceptional, very modern, staff are very friendly . Breakfast choice and quality was excellent. Great value for money and I would recommend.

What a lovely place to stay, the rooms are recently renovated and are so stylishly decorated and of a very high standard. Temperature of the room easily controllable, tea and coffee making facilities and lovely touches with high quality hair dryers, lovely smelling toiletries, female hygiene packs, fresh milk rather than little plastic cartons, delivered fresh to your room in the morning. What would make it absolutely perfect and this is me being picky as i travel a lot for work would be a full length mirror, a vessel to collect water from the cooler machine on the corridor other than a glass and i recently stayed in a little boutique hotel that provided homemade shortbread biscuits - now that would be the icing on the cake. Would i stay here again absolutely, the staff are so friendly and obliging, its easy to park and a beautiful place to be in. Given all the floors are hard so no carpets it didn't feel cold and uninviting wish everywhere i stayed was like this! You should be proud Wainstones.

Clean, quiet room with comfortable bed and good/easily controllable temperature. Lovely staff.

The staff were great and the rooms were clean and tidy. A good nights sleep. The wi-fi was the only thing that let the hotel down as it was patchy at times.

We stayed here for a night and it was a lovely experience. Charlotte on the desk was welcoming and the staff were all really friendly. The hotel has just had a refurbishment and it looked great. The evening meal was brilliant as was the selection of gins! This hotel is amazing for people travelling with dogs. Our dog was made welcome with his own bed and pamper package! We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be visiting again. Thank you for a marvellous stay.

We always need a place to find in Middlesbrough when we come back to visit family and I must say that we will be picking this hotel all the time in the future! Highly recommend and the staff are super friendly.

Fabulous weekend stay to celebrate our anniversary. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and friendly. The meal was beautiful and rooms were really comfy. Perfect weekend thank you 😊

Easy check in and very helpful staff. The rooms are beautiful and I love that they have name's for the rooms and not numbers. Everything was spotlessly clean. We stayed overnight for a wedding we were attending near by. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is about to be renovated so not top ratings for the room but the staff and the food were superb

It's a little bit tired but clean and tidy, close to a couple of pubs in the village and there is a good choice of options at breakfast. I thought it was very good value for money and would come again.

Had a beautiful , spacious and very comfortable 4 poster double/king sized bedroom. Breakfast options were extremely varied and plentiful, both cold and hot choices. Good to see fresh fruits avaliable quality local.produce sourced. Dining room very attractive; staff warm, hospitable but very efficient. Only gave 4 stars for property condition because it is undergoing a major refurbishment, some furniture and furnishings a little tired, but nothing to impact negatively on our stay. Certainly no noise or disturbance, although it was the weekend. Im sure it will be stunning on completion. Meanwhile, excellent value for money.
