Staff went above and beyond on my arrival after a horrendous journey to get there

We always love our stays at Wilde in Manchester. Thank you for another amazing stay. Convenient location, great facilities in room and super-comfy bed - what more do you need! The view was pretty spectacular too!

I liked our stay here and would return. The only downside is that the toilet had a damp sewage smell but we didn’t tell the reception as we only stayed for the night.

The hotel was brilliant. The rooms were very update to date, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. All staff were great and very helpful. It was also a great location especially my if having to use the metro. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Manchester.

Excellent first time stay here. Great access to all the city centre, amenities and attractions in Manchester. Staff were on hand to answer questions when needed. A mini home away from home.

Great location and value for money. The room was modern with comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen for a short break. We were very lucky to be upgraded and all the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The hotel bar and lounge area was lovely and a nice peaceful place to relax with a well stocked bar. Would definitely stay here next time I’m in Manchester

The overall experience was good but our peace was disturbed by some drilling and mantenance work done in the room next door. It was very loud and didn’t help my already bad headache. But besides that I enjoyed the stay it’s a shame of the one incident but would go again. I wish I had a warning about the noise next door as I wouldn’t have been so distressed by it if I had.

Wouldn’t change reservation to another date - poor service and no understanding

Everything was perfect but I didnt think the young girl on reception was very good. She didnt even say hello or smile. She had her sleeves arojnd her hands drinking iced coffee and gave us a very brief intro and we had to work out a lot of things for ourselves and grt help from other staff how to use card keys. Other receptionists we saw there seemed much more helpful and friendly

Great hotel in the heart of the city. Massive room and apartment style

I stayed at this hotel in Manchester for about 4 days in July 2025. It is beautifully located -- right in the middle of the city centre. It is also spotlessly clean. However, even though I had a "studio apartment", the room, while very well-equipped (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, etc.) and beautifully furnished, was much more compact than I had imagined it would be. There was also a feature that had escaped my notice while I was booking the facility: the room is cleaned only once a week! Since it was the first time I had encountered such a feature, it came as quite a surprise. It is a potential deal-breaker for me. I prefer arrangements in which either they charge you for a room clean or give you a small discount (say, $5) if you choose not to have your room cleaned that day. I must say, though, that the staff and service, particularly during breakfast in the morning, were outstanding. Rachel Adam was a member of the staff who happened to be assigned to my table who, I noticed, went out of her way to ensure that the guests felt welcome and took the trouble to be helpful to them even outside of her immediate responsibilities (things to do in the city with small kids, transportation, and such). Most hotels I have stayed at tend to have large rooms, daily room cleaning, but poor service. This one had reversed the equation.

Everything about room and property was great, apart from a slight buzzing noice in the room that kept us from falling asleep. It was room 1022 if a staff member would like to have a look at it. Other than this the place was amazing

Concierge were outstanding. The lights were a bit confusing to use. The bathroom was quite small and tight. The sink wouldn’t drain.
