Loved that you can connect with staff via WhatsApp. The staff are attentive, friendly and so helpful. The room I was in was very clean and comfortable and the hotel was in close proximity to so many restaurants and shops. I would 100% stay here again.

Great stay. I stayed here as I was running the Manchester marathon. The only bad thing was the bed wasn't the most comfortable. And as I was resting before a race, there was a lot of noise from outside which disturbed my sleep.

All around was good. Rooms decor not to my liking but that is just personal preference. However, I would stay here again. Good value, easy check in and check out. Gym and restaurant both good.

Stayed at this YOTEL the night before running the Manchester Marathon. For over £250, I expected a standard, comfortable hotel experience—unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The window in my room was broken, so I had to listen to loud street noise all night before my early start. Worse still, there was a sewage pipe running through the wall above the bathroom making constant noise throughout the night. Despite the marathon being on the hotel’s doorstep, there were no efforts made to accommodate runners. Breakfast wasn’t available early (6am), which you’d expect for such a big event. I had to eat porridge in my room and was given a dirty teaspoon from reception when I asked for cutlery. Other runners I spoke to had to skip breakfast entirely as the hotel provided nothing suitable. The bag drop was chaotic—you’re given a numbered tag, but on collection, there’s no check, and anyone could take any bag. Not secure at all. Extremely disappointing for the price paid, and I wouldn’t return—especially if you’re coming to run a race (Manchester Mara/hald) or need any kind of reliability.

Overall the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room how ever looked unfinished. There wss hardly any storage space for our clothing. The toilet dudnt flush. The air conditioning in the room keot up awake even when itvwas off it kept naking clicking sounds through the night and the room was full of dust especially dien the sides of the bed where you walk. For the cost of the room i expected better and very disappointed, we wont be staying here again

Having read reviews I was expecting something very special, but was very underwhelmed. Amazing decor in reception Area, but room was so small and dark and lacking in any comfort. I totally regretted booking. No coffee making facilities in room. Had to go out of room to a galley area. Decor in room was tired. Bathroom floor stained. Breakfast was served in bar, had to ask for table to be cleaned. Large selection but mostly cold and tasteless. For the same price I have stayed in a lot better.
