Hotel Dzingel

All good

Hotel was conveniently located and the price was good. The breakfast was very good and staff was friendly.

The parking space is not well arranged and difficult to find the parking space. Otherwise a good budget hotel

Good budget hotel. No fridge, no microwave, no kettle. These items helps a lot when traveling with children. Good breakfast.

In general all good, nice food, clean rooms. But need refresh rooms , specially bathroom.

Staff were pleasant upon check in and check out. Good selection of breakfast foods. However, at 9am when we had just gotten back from breakfast, after a shower and naked in room, the door opens to see a young boy who’s let himself in, without as much as a knock and with myself, naked -and everything out, screaming WOW WHO IS THAT, wowowow GET OUT. The cleaning boy, wearing his own bagpack and earphones, decided he would just close the door without so much as a ‘sorry’. Said to staff upon leaving who seemed just as confused and shocked as I was, but pretty annoying situation to be in when check out was supposed to be 12, and if we hadn’t been in the room and our personal items were out, would anything have got ‘lost’

Upon check in, the bathroom was found to be dirty and not cleaned.The food in the restaurant was bland and subpar. There were huge groups of students in the hotel, running around with no oversight. We heard noises above our room (running, stomping). The staff were very nice and accommodating.

It is definitely not 3* hotel. At least the room,at best is 2*, no minibar, no kettle,no tea or coffee, no aircondition, even they don't leave you a bottle of water. Very, very basic. Just beds ant tv.

For the low price this is a real bargain. Perfectly nice clean rooms, helpful staff and a good breakfast.

A bit noisy but ok.

Too noisy inside the hotel due to other guests! A real disappointment!

Eveeything was great!

It's a nice Soviet style hotel. It is located too far from downtown. The breakfast was great.

It was much better than expected. Especially for that price.. Definitely a hotel I would recommend or stay at again.

We would definitely come back here again and I would recommend this place to people who prefer not to hear noise 24 hours straight next to the window. ( in the old town hotels). The breakfast is great, location is great( we had one day pass). We loved it here.

Good value for money, excellent breakfast included. The room facilities however are very basic.

Stayed second time, great as usual. Clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet spectacular and tasty. Only problem what we had was one of room cards wasn't working properly. If we will visit Tallinn again in future this is the hotel where we will stay.

This hotel has a lot of potential but please stay away in the summer - rooms have no air conditioning. My stay there wasn’t exactly great - lack of air conditioning made it a nightmare. Only wonderful highlights were the restaurant service with delicious food, good looking hotel surroundings as well as friendly staff. Dzingel, please fit air conditioners in your rooms and I’ll be happy to return.
