Lovely property, friendly owner. Didn't get the entrance instructions so was a little worried as we had no response but the lady answered the phone when we arrived at 17:55. Lovely property, very clean. Only negative was that we could not use the table and chairs whilst the sofa bed was out, but it didn't affect us much. Weird thing where Hotels.com claimed i had paid but i could not find the transaction so paid again! But the lady was very patient and understanding. Great value and really good location - two coffee shops across the road and just a short walk to the Old Town. The bus to the airport leaves from Solaris shopping centre, which was just next door and had a lovely supermarket on the lower level.

Close to old town. Clean and neat appartment. Recepionists are very polite and helpful. Would be nice to extent the hours of the front desk being open.

Very good, location wise its very close to old town, can walk in 6 minutes . Supermarket , mall , food court are also nearby within 500 m walking distance.

This is the best apartment hotel experience in the Baltics. Rooms are specious, with good sturdy beds(unlike other places with featherweight ikea beds). The soundproofing is also good - i didnt hear other people in their rooms. Facilities are new and nice, has an elevator, checkin/checkout seemless. Have to mention that the checkout time is also noon - a luxury when most places kick you out by 10am.

Very convenient location, less than 10 minutes to the lower town. Grocery at the corner. Notification on check in came later in day which was a little concerning but all was fine with our after hours check in.

The room is bright. Will provide a few teabags and instant coffee sticks, shower gel and shampoo supplied. Small kitchen well equipped. Have washing machine and dryer. Close to Solaris shopping mall and supermarket.

Great location just a short walk into Tallinn Old Town. Parking available behind the apartment block - book in advance through MyApartments. The room itself was comfortable and spacious with a small kitchen and even a washing machine (the smallest one I’ve ever seen, but we still managed to wash and dry several loads of clothes over our 3N stay). We would definitely stay here again!!

Decent storage space. Nice beds. Very clean and well maintained. Would have been good to have instructions for using washer.

Great place, lovely flat and location. Only 2 tiny thing the Wi-Fi in room 21 didn’t work so we used room 20s Wi-Fi, and the underside of the toilet seat looked like it could do with a clean but otherwise great

This place was quiet, clean and cozy. We had everything to stay and feel comfortable. The grocery store in Solaris shopping center is at walking distance. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who would like to stay in the center of the city and be close to Old Town as well.

We did not receive an email with the code to the front door, perhaps because we were arriving during reception hours. However, we had to wait outside for a while as the reception was engaged. It would be good if the code was sent to all regardless of check in time. Other than that, everything was fine. We were able to check in early and the apartment was very spacious even when the sofa bed was used. There was a nice big balcony which i imagined would be nice if we stayed longer. Note that the toilet only had a bath tub and not separate shower which could be a little high to climb into for people who are less mobile. The washing machine was a little small and took a long time (approx 2.5 hrs for a wash). There was also no dryer but a clothes rack was provided so do note if you intend to use it. Location wise, it was a short 5 to 10min walk to the old town and there was a mall with supermarket right ahead. The bolt to the airport only cost €7.10 which is a much cheaper fare than most European cities we've been to

Very clean, very helpful staff. Spacious room. Towels swapped and rubbish emptied each day. Very near to old town, supermarket, shops, public transportation, and airport. Rooms need soundproofing. When upstairs walk around it sounds like they were hitting the ceiling with a sledgehammer. Very difficult to get a good nights sleep. At times it sounded like the neighbours were having a party in the stairwell.

A very cosy and spacious apartment and very comfortable place for me. The terrace serves us well for smoking. Within walking distance to Solaris and easy walking distance to Old Town as well. Excellent service from the receptionist too.

Very clean, quiet and well equipped. Not the best if travelling with a pushchair etc because there are steps to get in.

It was easy instructions for self check in bcuz i arrived at 730pm and the reception opens only from 8am-6pm. The place is new, clean, modern and provided the necessary facilities for me such as a small kitchenette, laundry machine and balcony. I also like the very convenient location which is few minutes walk from a nice mall and the Old town. Some guests may want daily room cleaning but I'm fine with the apartment's arrangement of daily garbage clearance, towels change & toom cleaning every 3 days and weekly bedsheet change. The receptionists were quite helpful when i asked for information.

Way better then a hotel room for a family. Kitchen and deck was an added benefit.

Well located quality apartment with all you need to self cater. Friendly staff too. Good wifi, good bed and cable channels were available in English. Great supermarket nearby. Nice balcony too, where you can get some sun. Very clean and well organized. Very close to the old town but far enough away from the tourist buses.

We stayed 3 nights in this spacious and modern apartment. It was close to the tram to bus station and only a short walk to the Old Town with coffee places very close by. Facilities were good. It was very warm during our stay but a fan was provided. Although the apartments were in a side street there was some noise at night but this did not spoil our stay. There was a washing machine and clothes airer in the apartment which was very useful.
