Nice property and staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Coming from USA, our flight arrived early morning and check in was 3 PM. We spent the day at pools/beach and they texted us when our room was ready. Same leaving, flight was late evening and we checked out at noon. They let us USA a shower at 5PM before departure.
Only real issue was maybe due to being Easter week, most guests seemed to have small children. They have an upstairs “club” area and a bar that is open evenings Thursday-Saturday. We tried the bar and there was 1 table and the upstairs area was empty. Another guest who had been there a few times did tell us that other times, there was better adult interaction at those spots.

A warm welcome and amazing service from Staff, special shout out for fantastic service goes to- Reception: Watekini & Bean Cafe: Aseri. Well kept facilities and clean swimming pools. We stayed 5 nights and the room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, although it can get a bit busy at times. Food at the restaurants was good with a good selection of places to eat, although some options were a bit pricey. The hotel is not too far from the airport and Nadi/Denaru so very conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again.

Probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. Very nice rooms and the pools are incredible but the real treasure at this resort is their staff. The people of Fiji are a true national treasure and Crowne Plaza staff are absolute rock stars!!! We give them 100 out of 10 stars. Stay here!!!

Old school tv with no casting option. Limited and expensive dining options within the resort. Not enough drinking water provided by the hotel. Breakfast buffet could have some more vegetarian options that aren't bread. More adult activities. Beach could be cleaner? The staff was AMAZING!

The prices in this property especially in water sports were very expensive and I could see not many people were opting to take this activity. Food prices in some restaurants were very expensive compared to other hotels it would be cheaper to eat outside few times to save some money. There were no Fijian desserts on any menu which was very disappointing as people don’t go to Fiji to eat dessert which they already know or eaten before. Staff were so friendly as they would be. Not sure why single ply toilet paper is used in 5 star hotel as crown plaza. Seems unexpected from quality we pay for.
Hopefully these minor but highly noticeable details would improve before my next trip

The Crowne Plaza was a mixed stay, whilst all the staff are friendly the hotel itself is still undergoing construction and even some of the already opened facilities are already in need of repair, it’s quite a busy hotel but it’s also quite secluded so you can’t really walk anywhere but a small supermarket located down the road. You can tell the staff are trying their best but u I think for the price they have a lot of work to do. The pool is probably the best feature about the hotel at this point and the beach front!

5 star luxury at affordable prices, great service and friendly staff; we were extremely satisfied with the resort, has all the amenities and comfort you will ever need. Many places to eat and drink and huge pool area. You will need to get transport to get to and from the resort as it is some distance away from Queens road and Nadi cbd.

The cups in the room were not refreshed all week, the room had damages when we arrived that did not get attended to, they put us in a king bed when we booked for 2 separate beds, it wasnt advised on the website that they don't accept cash, the sheets were old, staff walked into our room in the morning while we showering, poor food at breakfast (2 stars) certain staff were selective with people and there weren't equal rules for all and the beach was far from what we expected for Fiji as per the advertisement. I would not book here again.

Great amenities but not in an ideal location as it’s quite unsafe compared to Denarau. On my first night the room we got had stains on pillows and bedsheets, views of construction site, sliding door to balcony wasn’t locking, tv wasn’t working and there was dirty water coming from bath tub tap. When we raised the issue with reception, our room was changed which was better but still the bedsheets were quite rough and grainy, not 5 star quality for the price we paid. Pool is great and staff are wonderful.
