The Hilton is fantastic we have stayed there twice now Amazing people great facilities asy walk to the Marina just love Fiji

We loved our stay here! Staff was very friendly and funny, we loved how at home we felt. Excellent food at the restaurants and the pools are very clean and fun. Rooms were clean and had a great view of the beach. The resort was very beautiful and we loved everything!! 😊😊

First time at the Hilton .. Clean and nice room but we feel it’s starting to need an update … curtains off hook and looked damaged bathroom and toilet sliding door wouldn’t completely close !! Also inconsistent service … no bath soap and shower gel ran out for 2 days before being replaced ….Not our idea of 5 star tbh … food was nice and staff lovely as you’d expect … Pool areas are nice This was a cheaper week getaway but sorry to say next time we would probably head back to Sheraton but vinaka to all the great staff

Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. It’s a must do trip. MalaMala and 7th heaven were awesome.

Great hotel, wonderful beaches, lots of pool area, staff members are so friendly and welcoming.

Staff generally friendly & welcoming, rooms were spacious. Opportunities are around how spread out the accommodation is and the lack or bussing that runs. Its generally a lot quicker to just walk than wait for the bus. We found ourselves walking ALOT.

Just wasn't as professional as you thought a high end place would be. We had to ask for several things to get sorted and some more than once. The adults only pool was bearly chest high like the kids pool. I don't think I would ever go back. Staff were friendly but not very attentive around the pools

I stayed with Hilton for 4 nights, I have got bitten by bed bugs and told receptionist when we check out last Monday (21 Apr2025). Most of the bed bug bites on my arms and some on my legs. Receptionist took photos and sent to their Hilton WhatsApp and told me that Hilton Management team will be in touch with me for the updates. I have waited for 5 business days before leaving this review. Unfortunately, Hilton management team still on "Fiji Time" and no one from the management team contacted me. The room was dirty, there was some blood marks on the side of the bed (light panel side" not too sure what happened. There was also bad smells in the living room and bathroom area. Last time I stayed in Sheraton, they were much better. I will update if I received any communication from Hilton Management Team.

Catching a bus from our room to the pool and other common facilities was very inconvenient. The 'beach' at the hotel is a reclaimed mud flat and is not really usable.

Having to catch a bus from our room to the pool, restaurants and other common areas was very inconvenient, particularly because we were travelling with a young toddler.

Nice resort with good water views and outlook. Staff mostly very friendly and helpful. Lots of pools. Enough loungers. Good breakfast. Staff greeting at the lobby entrance were energetic and fun. Stayed here a few times now. Easy walk from the Port. A few problems this time. Were not able to get an earlier checkin as indicated in the package.Did get just 1 hour later for checkout. Were given a garden room in very public area rather than beachfront as booked. Managed to get this changed. Singular glass sliding door in bathroom did not close properly for shower or toilet and shower water ran out into the bathroom and onto toilet floor always wet floors. Pool side service was quite lacking and slow. When we went just after Covid the service was much more enthusiastic, available and responsive. No one is using the outside Bure massage, due to the cost but also that it feels too public. This is a shame. Maybe they could move it closer to the water, like the Wyndham’s. Lovely holiday. .

It was a great experience!

First time we have stayed at Hilton and everything was just so perfect. It was my son’s first birthday and my anniversary aswell. The room was decorated so beautifully with all natural flowers and leaves and also sending the bottle of wine and dessert at 12am made it more special. All the staff at Maravu restaurant made my son’s first birthday very special with all waitresses dancing and singing for him. Breakfast buffet has got each and everything you think of. The Asian section at breakfast buffet where menu changes everyday was just amazing. Each and every staff of the resort was so cheerful and positive attitude. Overall the stay was very great and definitely we will visit again.
