Spacious, good location, breakfast and dinner inclusive very useful for a city like Helskinki

You just can’t go wrong at this hotel. Was my third time. And book the suite if you can … worth it

I could not possibly be happier with my stay! The guest rooms were beautiful and cozy. The breakfast was the best that I have ever had at a hotel. Dinner was included as well and it was also very good when we stayed in. A beautiful gym that was perfect. The staff was over the top helpful. It will be the only place I will stay when in Helsinki.

The hotel was centrally located to either the train station or an easy walk to the old Market Square. It was very clean and the amenities were perfect. Breakfast was amazing! Had everything you need. An afternoon snack wasn’t expected but it was perfect for a quick pick me up. And they had dinner every night! Loved that option if you didn’t get what Helsinki had to offer. Staff were friendly. I would recommend this for any couple or families. I would stay again!

Clean room, beautiful cotton sheets. Breakfast buffet, fika and dinner provided which is unusual in hotels I looked at. Buffet style and lovely salads and fresh made bread (delightful after lots of lacklustre bread elsewhere in Finland!). The sauna you have to book in advance and is an extra charge. Helpful staff.

All positive according to me. I strongly recommand this hotel. We did not know at first but breakfast and dinner are included and delicious.

Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were also very good. The staff helpful and friendly. The tram was one street away making it easy to get around.

Our room was super hot and we could not open a window or turn down the heat. We did change rooms, but still had the some problem. We also had a shower with see-through glass doors into the room which was awkward for friends. Bed mattress was very thin and not super comfortable. Quite small rooms compared to other hotels we stayed in in Helsinki.

The sauna was advertised but only for private use for a fee. This was not said in the hotel discription.

Loved this hotel!! My husband and i had a wonderful stay at this hotel and in Helsinki. Every member of staff from the moment we arrived to us leaving were so helpful and friendly. Room was spotless with no noise heard from outside or inside. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom excellent, no solid wall between bedroom and bathroom, just glass. Breakfast, fika and dinner was included in the price paid. Worth every penny!!! Personally, as a vegan,i was overjoyed with everything provided as well as staff's care and help. Each evening a vegetarian option, which is actually vegan, was cooked to order. Location was great with everything needed on the doorstep or within very close reach. Everything was great, i wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Hyvö ja edullinen kiva ilmainen illallinen

Sujuva kirjautuminen, vaikka tulimme vasta puolenyön jälkeen.

トラムの駅もバス停も遠くなく、何よりスーパーが近いのが有り難かった。物価が高い北欧で朝食、夜食、Fikaまでついていて文句なかった。掃除もお願いすれば対応してもらえる。特に一人旅にはお勧めします。

Les prestations dans leur ensemble sont excellentes. L'hôtel est idéalement placé pour visiter Helsinki.

Her şey mükemmeldi. Kahvaltı akşam yemeği çok çok yeterli ve lezzetli. Kahve ikramları öğlenleri çok güzeldi. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde

Huone oli siisti, vaikka hämmästyin miten pieni se on. Sänky ja kylpyhuone ovat ne oleellisimmat, joita asiakas tarvitsee hotellissa vierailunsa aikana. Lasiseinä kylpyhuoneessa vaikutti ensisilmäyksellä erikoiselta, mutta totuin siihen pian ja minua ei häirinnyt käydä suihkussa, koska majoituin yksin. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja hotelliin sisäänkirjautuessani minua palveli muistaakseni Vincent-niminen mies. Hän otti minut lämpimästi vastaan hotelliin ja sain häneltä miellyttävän aaiakaskokemuksen. Hotellin tarjoamalla päivällisellä ei kaikki mennyt ihan putkeen kun isälläni oli syntymäpäivät ja menimme päivälliselle ja hänen porsaanleikkeensä oli osittain raaka. Isäni ei puhu englantia ja selvitin asiaa ravintolahenkilökunnan kanssa ja mieshenkilö otti asian hoitaakseen ja ravintola tarjosi meille jälkiruoan veloituksetta. Saimme kypsät porsaanleikkeet ja päivällinen oli muuten ihan hyvä. Myös aamiaisella oli runsaasti eri vaihtoehtoja ja mielestäni aamiainen oli riittävä ja ravintola oli siisti koko aamiaisen ajan. Kylpylästä en tiedä, koska en käynyt kylpylässä. Huono puoli minusta on se kun henkilökunta puhuu ainoastaan englantia päivällisellä ja isäni ja hänen vaimonsa eivät puhu englantia. Hyvää on myös se, kun Jugend-hotelli sijaitsee niin hyvällä etäisyydellä Helsingissä. Kävelin rautatieasemalta hotelliin kun oli kaunis sää ja minulla oli ainoastaan yksi laukku. Myös kauppoja on hotellin vieressä K market ja Lidl, joka on minusta huomionarvoinen asia.

Nice and clean, warm hospitality. Not only breakfast, they serve dinner, which helped my budget a lot. Several cafes and supermarkets are nearby. A little bit smaller room than expected but cozy enough.

Kiva hotelli, plussaa kuntosalista ja maittavasta aamuapalasta. Päivällinen oli sen sijaan pettymys, vaikka toki kätevää ja edullista kun ei tarvinut syödä ulkona niin paljoa. Julkinen liikenne ei kulje aivan vierestä, mutta muutaman korttelin päästä.
