This was our second stay at the hotel. As expected, it was very comfortable. The staff are friendly. We didn't face any issue. Location is great. Close to public transport. Iso Christina Mall is at walkable distance. Very close to Lake Saima.

Lovely stay at this property. Helpful service from the reception team. Rooms are very comfortable and had all the linen etc you could ask for. VERY short walk to the marina area. If you’re a traveller with mobility concerns, consider how you would walk around town as it is at the bottom of a hill.

Aivan mieletön kokemus! Vietimme mitä ihanimman ja rentouttavimman viikonlopun täällä. Palvelu oli todella sydämellistä ja yllättävää, ja kylpylä ihanan rauhallinen ja viihtyisä. Myös hierontatuoleista iso plussa🤩 Vieraanvaraisuus yllätti todella positiivisesti ❤️

Huone oli siisti ja kauniisti sisustettu. Plussaa myös siitä, ettei huonekorttia tarvinnut käyttää sähkön toimimiseen, vaan paikalla oli kiinteä kortti tähän tarkoitukseen. Ainoa miinus oli, että normaali puheääni tuntui kantautuvan todella helposti huoneesta toiseen ilmastintikanavien kautta. Tämä on toki aika normaalia majoitusrakennuksissa, mutta herkimmille suposittelen korvatulppien pakkaamista matkaan. Aamiainenkin oli maistuva eikä tunkkainen. Ruokailutilat olivat siistit ja tunnelmalliset.

Erittäin siisti hotelli ja henkilökunta on ystävällistä.Erityismaininta aamiaisesta.Mukana oli paljon terveellistä ruokaa ja jopa savustettuja pieniä muikkuja.Majoituin Lähteessä mutta Boutiquen rakennusta asiakkaat ihastelivat.Siitä on upea näköala Saimaalle.Hienoa on myös että saksalaiset ovat löytäneet Lappeenrannan.Kannattaa lukea etukäteen kylpylän historia.Suolahuoneeseen aion tutustua mikäli astma vaivaa pahasti tai on tukkoisuutta tai flunssan jälkioireita.

The room was very nice and clean. But... There was a noise (maybe from the ventilation system) that was so pervasive, that I had to move to another hotel. I asked in the reception about the noise and was told that it would stop before bedtime. It did not stop...

Hotelli oli sympaattinen ja ajoi asiansa. Henkilökunnan asiakaspalvelu oli hyvää. Harmittaa, että ei ehditty omilta aikatauluista saunaan ja spahan, mutta ehkä seuraavalla kerralla sitten. Huoneet ovat isot ja rauhallinen sijainti ainakin näin marraskuussa. Aamupala oli ok, ei mitään ihmeellistä, mutta ei varsinaisesti puuttunutkaan mitään itselleen olennaista. Karjalanpiirakat olivat erinomaiset.
