Amazing value Only stayed two nights and didn't get chance to use the pool or bowling, but the food was good. Beds were comfortable Shower was lovely

Perfect place for a family. So many wonderful things to see and do around and transport to the town was easy.

I had a fantastic 3-day stay at this hotel, which is ideally located for nature lovers. It’s surrounded by beautiful landscapes, making it perfect for outdoor activities like hiking and exploring. The hotel itself was comfortable and cozy, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of adventures. One of the standout features is its easy commute to the airport, which made my travel arrangements hassle-free. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to provide recommendations for local activities or help with any requests.

Excellent, cost effective place to stay in Rovaniemi. This was a fraction of the cost of staying near Santa Claus Village, and only a 10-15 minute drive away. We have a 6 year old and this place was just perfect for us. It was great having a water park, bowling alley, and kids play area all in the same building, and we loved being able to head right outside for cross country skiing. Plus we really liked the grill restaurant for a cheap but crowd pleasing dinner. Couldn’t recommend this enough for families!

V close to winter walking trail and great hill for sledding (spare sleds at hotel). Breakfast ok. Short drive to airport, Santa Claus village. Soft play and pool great for families and nice food in ground floor bar/restaurant.

Santasport is a great option for families as the facilities such as pool, bowling alley and you get kids play area are great options.

We stayed at two different hotels; Santasport was the better hotel. Rooms are clean. There is a mini fridge and microwave with plates and utensils. We would stay here again. The other hotel we stayed at was Hotel Aakenus. I would stay away from that hotel. Old and was more expensive.

Great family room sleeps 6 comfortably. Has everything you need fridge , freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc all dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc provided .. added bonus of sauna in the room which was fab

This hotel greatly exceeded our expectations! We had a wonderful time. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We had an amazing time in the pool with all of the additional features - mini pools with water features, hot tub, cold tub, kids pool with a great slide. We rented skis and had a go at cross country skiing on the first snow track - great advice for beginners from a chap at the hotel reception and further advice from the lady in the hire shop. We hired the kit for the shortest period of 3 hrs which was the perfect amount of time for us. The on-site bowling was great and great value for money. Our kids were excited by the large kids fun park (5 Euro/child). The included breakfast filled us up for the day and there was ample to choose from. There was a supermarket a short drive around the corner with a neighbouring pizza restaurant/take away which was reasonably priced and there was also a couple of on-site dining options. We also made tea in the microwave in the room. Santa's village and Santa Park were a short drive away. Santasport is the location of an Olympic training centre and had many more sporting facilities. We wish we could have stayed longer to explore more and will likely go back again.

The shower was dreadful - water goes everywhere. coming from a culture with continuous water restrictions, I was looking forward to a good shower - no closed cubicle. Also the hotel was very noisy and the young guests extremely rude - is that Finnish? Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good and the swimming too!

The room was clean & tidy, the breakfast was good and they have a good process for after hours check in.

Delighful 3 day stay with our daughter & 2 grand children aged 2 & 13. There were fun activities for both. The pool and its various spa pools for both and the kids fun activity room for the youngest. We all enjoyed great breakfadts each morning. Santasport was a short drive from the places we wanted to visit.
