Would happily stay again. Only issue was hot water not available at what i guess was peak time as everyone getting ready for dinner.

Very overpriced. Paid £550 per night B&B for a cramped, dark room. Reception area nice but the rest of the hotel is tired. Needs to rethink it's pricing.

Bedrooms are tiny and need an update. Shockingly expensive for what you get.

Room was small and would benefit from being decorated. The room size OK for one - but cramped when I was joined by my wife a few days after I arrived.

Very pleased with my stay. Very helpful staff, good food ref to breakfast , great facility options. Great location. Lots of complimentary options and services they offer. Defo recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Great hotel, modern inside but traditional chalet style outside. Great food, excellent staff, rooms snug, but good attention to detail i.e. Good lighting, piping hot water, controllable heat, separate toilet, hooks, chairs, space to put all your skiing stuff.

This hotel offered everything we needed for a short ski trip. The accommodation was great and just a 5 minute walk from the nearest chairlift. Breakfast and evening meals were fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend this hotel to others.

Stay was good, staff friendly, breakfast was nice. Coffee, soft drinks and beer/wine available from machines and bar in evening. They had a large room for young children early evening. The only marr was very noisy with children running along corridors, stairs whilst parents were elsewhere or clattering around in rooms above. Banging on doors etc. Was sometimes less noisy in the full bar. Was easy access to town and skiing about 10 minute walk.

the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the slopes (which isn't far but a bit tedious with ski boots on) Breakfast is continental ( apart from little hot sausages) Lots to choose from.Evening meal is a set menu, with 2 choices for starter and 2 for main. The kids only have 1 choice of starter and 1 main .But our son ( age 11) chose from the adult menu .... The menu was all in French, but there is one waitress (Lace, a very nice young lady) who is English and very very friendly and helpful .There is also a fantastic dessert buffet and cheese table .And a free bottle of wine with dinner .A nice warm welcome when you come in from the slopes is cake and fruit juice in the lobby and upstairs in the bar free coffee,tea,chocolate, coke and more cake .... With a roaring fire and the most spectacular view of the mountains ....... The rooms are adequate ..... There were 3 of us and the room had a double bed and bunk beds..... Lots of storage space and a seperate bathroom and toilet ......there is a radiator in the main room and 1 in the bathroom , they can both be self regulated, which is great for drying out wet ski wear .....the rooms are clean and cosy (feels like your in a log cabin) and they are cleaned every day ..... There is a small swimming pool with a sauna,steam room and jacuzzi .... Very welcoming at the end of the day ..... Towels are supplied from behind the reception ...... You can also store your skies/ snowboards in an area designated to your room.....

Enjoyable stay at the start of 2013. The staff very very helpful with anything we need, more towels for the pool area, directions, etc , breakfast was good, and parking was not too far. I would stay again. Only downside is that its a bit of walk (5mins) to the ski slopes.

Ravis de notre court séjour à Alpen Roc. Déco type châlet très sympa. Literie comfortable, hôtel silencieux, nous avons bien apprécié le 'All inclusive', goûté, bar, centre de remise en forme. On ne peut que recommander.

Hôtel charmant. Séjour très agréable. Personnel très agréable et accommodant. PDJ très bon et copieux. Les chambres sont très cosy mais je prendrai une chambre plus grande la prochaine fois. Très bien placé dans le village tout en étant près des pistes. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Sejour agréable, nourriture excellente avec grand plus apprécié......lunch et boissons pour pique-nique gratuit.

Tout est inclus dans le tarif, boissons, goûter, pique nique si besoin, piscine, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi !! C’était super!!

Accueil super. Locaux typiques montagne. Chambres tres propres.

Bon hôtel mais un peu cher hors vacances scolaire 240 euros la nuit. Accueil super personnel super petit dej. Rien ne manque Buffet du soir excellent rapport qualité prix. Copieux pour nous mais bonne formule. Très beau buffet et bien présenté et avec de bons produits Rajouter Une formule avec Un buffet entree fromage ou entrée dessert serait un plus pour Les gens qui comme nous mangeons peu Perso un buffet entrée fromage avec mon mari nous aurait parfaitement convenu et j’ai entendu d’autres personnes en parler Hôtel bien placé plein centre et nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une place juste devant l’entrée Chambre parfaite spacieuse, très propre. Il y a De quoi ranger, mais coffre ne fermait pas. Literie moyenne et insonorisation a revoir car on entend les gens qui vont aux toilettes et prennent leur douches Personnel adorable et très gentil accueil serveur et serveuses. Mention spéciale pour la serveuse de Bayonne adorable. Les cuisiniers sont très sympas et la cuisine est excellent et variée Buffet vraiment appétissant et copieux. Excellent rapport qualité prix et mention très bien pour petit dej et dîner Nous reviendrons.

Hôtel chaleureux et agréable, zone bar cozy et concept open bar pratique, espace piscine/spa/ sauna très plaisant, petit déjeuner médiocre (thé insipide, même choix chaque jour, peu de mise en valeur des produits locaux)

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Zimmer war ordentlich groß, das Bett gemütlich. Der Schwimmbereich ist ebenso wertvoll und sehr angenehm nach einem Skitag. Das inkl. Frühstück und die Getränke sind auch sehr gut angekommen. Trotzdem einige Punkte waren nicht für den hohen Preis ausreichend : - zu wenige Möglichkeiten, die nasse Skikklamotten zu trocknen - das Fenster im Zimmer schließte schwer und war nicht luftdicht - 30€pP für ein eher durchschnittliches Abendessen ist völlig übertrieben - nach Schneefall half niemand, das Auto auf dem Parkplatz zu befreien - der Lage hatte auch nicht den Preis gerechtfertigt, das man noch 5-6min in skimonture laufen muss. Also ein schönes Hotel, wofür man zu viel im Höchstsaison bezahlt..
