Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room facilities are very basic, and quite worn and "tired"

The elevator was out the entire trip. Making it very difficult as I have a hard time with stairs. Especially as I was there for business. Otherwise it is a very basic hotel that could have worked well as the staff was quite nice.

Excellent value for the area. Very convenient location for exploring Paris.

The Bastille Accor Aparthotel was great: clean, comfortable, convenient, friendly. My only suggestion would be to be very careful in the shower, which has a slippery floor (especially when soapy). Perhaps the management could be encouraged to supply rubber mats?

The workers were kind and friendly. The room was neat and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and there were plenty of places to eat, shop and wander. All in all a good visit. I will happily stay there again.

A really great location near Bastille in a quiet side street. Bus links to Gare de Lyon/Montparnasse and on to Orly Airport. Plenty room. Kitchenette in alcove by door quite well equipped and shops five minutes' walk away. Only thing I missed was a room safe. TV only with French channels. You can get a nicer, cheaper breakfast in one of the many bars and cafes round Bastille. Very good value

It is located in a quiet street but is closed to local shopping area. The general manager Patty is very friend and helpful. The quality of the room and facilities is reasonable for the price. One thing can be better is the choice of food for the breakfast. No fresh fruits or any meat products. This can be a challenge for people from North America

Excellent location & very kind staff

I was really underwhelmed when I saw our room. It looked very tired and badly in need of refurbishment and was on the small side. However it grew on me during our 4 day stay. The bed and pillows were lovely, the shower was big and efficient, the whole place was clean, quiet and handy for the metro. As long as you're not expecting any wow factor then I would recommend this hotel.

I went with my boyfriend to Paris for the holidays and we wanted somewhere that was convenient, a good rate, and had a kitchenette. We enjoyed our stay for what you get for the great price! Although this is not a high end hotel, it is a studio style that gives you the feel of apartment living in the city. The neighborhood felt safe and puts you among more locals which was fun. The location is very central and had great walking distance to the metro (which was very easy to navigate, but I highly recommend the app), amazing bakeries, and delicious restaurants. The staff was very friendly and spoke English, which made things very convenient for us considering we're from California. Throughout our stay there we heard the staff speak around 4 languages! The room was clean, but the shower tile grout was a bit stained and the shower drain clogged up. However, upon being reported they fixed the drain for us immediately. Something that was a bit off in the room was the bed and setup. The mattress was a bit hard and it didn't fit between the nightstands, causing a gap to the headboard that liked to eat pillows. Just on a side note, if you would like breakfast served at the hotel in the morning be sure to notify the staff the afternoon before so they can order it for you. We decided to take advantage of the market and bakeries for our breakfasts. Overall, we were happy with our stay considering the great deal we got staying there for 8 nights and what was expected with that great deal!

The room was very small, there was no maid service regardless of the length of stay, Wifi was free but complex to connect (we never got connected), bathroom smelled and the bathroom tile needed a good scrubbing.

Very good value for price, especially if you book for many days consecutively. The single bed is not very big, but the room in all was comfortable, clean and quiet. Very well located in the city center.
