Clean place, great location. Great staff. Will definitely come back. Actually we stayed a couple days on Disney property as well but wish we had stayed here the whole time. Bigger rooms, laundry room on grounds and a free shuttle to Disney. Nice pool! Free coffee with sugar cubes 😋also has air conditioning which one Disney hotel does not.

After reading some negative reviews prior to booking we were nervous but I am pleased to say the hotel exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean, the staff were helpful and we had a pleasant stay and would definitely book here again. Also its just a 15 minute walk to Disney Village and the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service along with a paid bus service which stops right outside the hotel and costs €2.50 per person should you miss the shuttle bus and Ubers are also readily available at a cost of £11ish when it is not peak times but can be as high as £45 at peak park closing times.

3rd time staying in this hotel. We always come here it's clean and the location is ideal for us. Near to the shopping centre, a bakery for breakfast in the morning and it's a short walk to disney though there is also.a shuttle bus though we preferred to walk as it only takes 15 minutes and is all flat. Will definitely be back next time we come back to Disneyland Paris!

Great location for Disney
Would love to see the recent revamp carry over into the rooms as some of them are quite tired
I was disappointed to be placed in a room with twin beds as a solo traveller as what should have been a double bed effectively turned into a single
They also need to rebook into their shuttle as the frequency needs to improve

The location of this hotel is great, 15-20 minute walk to Disney and across the road from Val d’Europe. The rooms are basic but clean and the kitchenette is very handy. You can get free coffee in the lobby, which is a nice touch.

Room doesn’t get cleaned for a weekend break, our carpets ended up getting very messy from kids food and buggy’s in and out the apartment which wasn’t pleasant to walk on. Fresh towels and a hoover each day would have been better!

The location of this property is perfect, very hard to beat unless you're staying in a Disney hotel. You are around a 15-20 minute walk away from Disneyland park and a 10-15 minute walk from the shopping centre. The hotel operates a free shuttle to the park, we were told, if you don't fancy the short walk, but we ended up walking everywhere since it was a very lovely sunny weekend.
The room was clean and had what you needed for your stay. The only issue is that the rooms are not soundproof, so you might hear other guests if they are being loud, which is the only downside to this property, but a simple gesture for them to turn the noise down should work :). But the location more than makes up for it.
Other than that, it was a great stay for the time we were in the room, which wasn't a lot of time.
Would recommend for anyone who is thinking about staying near Val d'Europe or going to Disneyland.

For short term stays you have to request housekeeping/clean towels, etc. Did not happen automatically for our 3 night stay. No coffee in rooms but guess they sold Nespresso pods in the lobby. Breakfast was ok. Pool wasn’t open yet during our visit but it was pretty. The free shuttle to Disney was about a 10 minute walk away otherwise the paid bus stopped right down the street and cost was 250 euro one way. Parking garage provided adequate spaces.

Only niggle, no loo toilet pan) in the bathroom. Loo in hall area, with no sink, so had to walk to kitchen sink or throgh bedroom to wash hands.

This is a very well located and well maintained apartment hotel. A public park and a large shopping center are within a few minutes walk. Disneyland Paris and the Marne La Vallee train station are around a 15-20 minute walk. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff was great and compensated us with a free breakfast as our requested balcony room was not available.

We just had a great stay in an apartment, the staff on reception were helpful and efficient.
The hotel is only about a 15 minute walk to the Disney Parks and the route is easy and on one level.
The free shuttle bus was also very convenient.
We would definitely come back here when visiting Disney.
