The most convenient hotel! The staff is lovely and they gave me the room I asked for.. Really appreciated them. Nice breakfast, cleas rooms, super-easy to get around from the hotel.

Welcoming and helpful staff. The location is perfect, close to tram, trains, shops and bar/restaurants .
The room was also very spacious and clean. A small minus was the awkward bathroom design which caused the shower to flood the floor if not careful and the lack of space at hand to place cosmetics .
Breakfast facilities were ok.
Would definitely come back , though!

The staff were professional and helpful. Breakfast €12 was varied and good. Room itself was very clean and modern, but carpeting in hotel seemed old and lent a grim atmosphere. Each morning in one area of the lobby where guests ate breakfast (luckily a more remote area), there was a distinct sewage smell, like the bldg plumbing couldn’t handle so much humanity. It was quite off-putting. The fumes seemed to be gone later in the day only to be back the next morning. My room looked out at the train station (whose close proximity is why I chose the hotel) so I didn’t expect great atmosphere, but what I didn’t expect was the continuous clanging bell of the trams that passed by my corner of the hotel all day. Luckily they weren’t a problem with ear plugs between 10pm and about 8am.

I booked on- line outside the hotel. I went inside and the receptionist had received the booking. He was very friendly and helpful. He gave me a great room. He also gave me directions to the main square.
Please give him my best wishes- he is a great asset to your hotel.

I had a week’s stay in the hotel. The room was clean, bright and modern. The hotel was very close to all tram lines and a very short walk to the main square, an ideal location to experience Montpellier.
The staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and I can’t praise them enough. I would highly recommend.

Right across from the station and a short walk into the centre for dinner. Sadly we were only there for one night as just passing through but it was great. Reception staff excellent. Comfortable beds, quiet room at night, good aircon, lovely bathroom.

My sons and I were two days into a south of France tour. After a disappointing day in Marseille, we could not have been happier to arrive at this hotel. It was spotlessly clean, very friendly staff and beyond comfortable. Could not have been happier with our stay

I stayed at the hotel for a longer stay than most. There is a lot to like about this hotel. It is across the street from the train station but the rooms are quiet. The trams are across the street making it very easy to use public transportation. The walk to the main place is easy and can be done in a few minutes. There aren’t restraints near the hotel. Small marts are across the street in the train station. Getting snacks was easy. The room was small for an American but good sized for Europe. There was a good use of space. I liked that the refrigerator was large and the safe easily accessible. I did get the morning breakfast. It was the basic buffet but good. The staff made my stay. I try and stay in smaller or boutique hotels because there is a better interaction with the staff. Benny is wonderful and very helpful. The young staff member was also very kind. They helped me arrange to travel to the beach. I am finding that Best Western is becoming my favorite chain. They are fancy or small. Clean and reliable. As for me I would recommend this hotel for a short stay definitely. As for a longer stay my only drawback is the lack of nearby restaurants. I had a weird experience with the appearance and disappearance of the English speaking movie channel. The hotel could do better with providing an English speaking non news channel.
