Small space , location not bad

Shame there weren't any traditional Bistro or restaurants nearby for evening meals. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Super helpful and friendly staff, we arrived late because of our flight but the staff on site was still perfectly accommodating and welcoming, thank you so much!

Location was quite a long walk from the nearest Metro station and may not appear on a standard Paris map but clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff and great views of Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe.

The staff was very friendly and helped us caught the right buses they also ordered our Uber for early pick up. It was very quit, clean and within a 1/4 of a block to bus stop and to grocery store. Very nice stay

The bathroom wasn't clean and the concierge was rude/not helpful.

It’s a nice hotel and I had a view of the Eiffel Tower which was a nice surprise. However, the walls are quite thin and I could hear very loudly every footstep the person above took. The staff were very helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

In the middle of a heat wave they didn't turn on the aircon. The rooms were hot and stuffy. Friendly staff and well located hotel

The property is a great value for Paris. Walleed and Igor were great front desk attendants, a great help on many issues. The good: Clean and pleasant. It is a typical room for economy travel in Paris. Breakfast is good but slightly more than we cared to pay. The negative: It is a 20 minute walk to the nearest metro station. There is a bus stop not far away but we chose to walk. I'd happily stay there again.

Staff were excellent, reception was helpful and kind, rooms were a bit compact but comfortable, surrouding area is safe to travel at night. Overall a good stay,

It was a great experience. We stayed 4 nights and we don’t regret the choice we made. The room was big enough compared to other places in Paris. We had a room with view of the Eiffel Tour without paying extra. We arrived at 11,left the luggage there(the check in was available after 14:00) and returned at midnight to take our room. The staff was very kind, they speak french, english and maybe other languages too and the hotel reception is open 24 hours a day. The wifi in room worked properly. The room:daily housekeeping, is clean, modern,looks like in the pictures.We used the radiator without problems, had hot water even late in the night. The only negative aspect is the distance to subway(20-25 min walk), but is a pleasant walk. The area is quiet and safe( unlike other neighborhoods more animated in which we dind’t feel too comfortable in the evening/night). I recommend La defense metro station, the way to the hotel is better and you can admire the skyscrapers and Grande Arche. I would choose this hotel again.

Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. They don't speak English well, outside a few staff, though the site says so. We were not able to communicate a potentially serious domestic issue in a room near ours, luckily we saw the wife and kids coming down to the lobby and get into a cab before we left the building for awhile to make sure things calmed down. Area was nice, quiet. From our room we watched the tower light up at night. Bus runs down the road and drops you near the M 1 into all the attractions, last run is shortly after 9pm I recall. The walk is only a mile if you prefer(of note your Metro ticket does not work as transfer between bus and subway). Hotel has a nice patio area outside and there is a great little sandwich/pizza joint down on the road below within 2 blocks.

This hotel left a lot to be desired. It’s definitely a no frills hotel. Two people were booked for the room and bathroom hand towels were for one person. Breakfast is 12€, a day but there was not much that I could eat. It would be better to go to the local bakery for breakfast. The staff was just okay. The morning front desk person was the best. The evening person seemed busy in the back room. Overall I would recommend a hotel closer to Paris or a larger hotel may give better services.
