Friendly welcoming staff, rooms are very clean and comfortable for a quick stop either on route for an early ferry or if arriving on a late crossing. Continental breakfast was really good considering what we paid to stay for the night.

Hotel is well located, sufficient parking, good breakfast. Prices are reasonable. Clean rooms. Confotable beds. ONE THING TO IMPROVE: The water gets all over the place on the shower, because the floor has insufficient incline, and very open areas. So easy to get muld and humidity build-up on floor and courners.

Ideal location just off the N12 with easy access to, or from, the Brittany Ferries port at Roscoff. Very basic motel but perfect for an overnight stop. Comfortable, large bed. Towels, shower/shampoo gels and hairdryer, secure parking. Friendly reception staff. Check opening hours as reception is not 24 hours. Breakfast and simple meals available though we didn't use them. Two very good eating places within short walking distance -Au Bureau (like a Canadian diner) and Hippopotamus steak house, both of which seemed very popular with locals. A few minutes drive from there is a big commercial centre with Carrefour supermarket, cafes and range of shops. Will definitely use again at the start or end of our French trips.

A fine layover stop where we booked two rooms with Nana, dog and child. Great restaurants within walkable distance - Hippopotamus and Au Bureau. The latter was very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, we had just stayed in a lower 2* hotel (another layover) but that hotel was cleaner, more comfortable and generally nicer. Shabby rooms in this hotel (in particular the bathroom) but a clean room and bedding. My mother-in-law felt her mattress for uncomfortable unfortunately. Great communication in advance of our stay. We chose not to have breakfast. The sewage type smell was not great in the - outside - staircase. Fine for one night - no where near the picturesque scenes of Morlaix and on an industrial estate. Near a Decathlon. A budget hotel with kettle and teas and coffees.

Good location for a over night stop for the ferry. Cleanliness was bad. There were beard stubble all over the bath counter top, there were cracks in the shower, rusty towel warmer . The gate to the car park we were told would be open all night but when we looked at it condition, rusty you could tell it hadn’t been used for some time so not secure parking. In general very run down.

I would describe this as a motel rather than hotel. Small room, minimal facilities and not close enough to Morlaix to be able to walk. Good parking is the only positive.

Arrived on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately, the noise from the dual carriageway traffic was very loud. Luckily this eased off by about 21.00 hrs and we had a good nights sleep. No restaurant which was a pity but breakfast was good, as was service. Experience, average or just above.
