Great Staff!

What a surprise! This hotel went way beyond our expectations. Located at the end of the main Cannes area and next to the beach. Quick 3min walk to all the action. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. They were amazing! Our balcony had a view of the sea. Valet parking was a huge bonus as parking in Cannes is tricky. The indoor/outdoor pool and spa were exceptional. Can’t wait to return.

Room was on the 2nd floor right above the entrance. “Balcony with a view” was not peaceful at all and had no view.

This hotel is very old and the rooms smell very bad. They also do not do a proper job of cleaning the rooms. I would never go back. They also have an unstated policy that use of the pool at the hotel is an extra charge for hotel guests, which we were only informed about upon check-in. Which is ridiculous because in no way were we informed about that at any time prior to check-in.

The hotel is in a great location with lovely sea views (though partially affected by nearby construction, which is unavoidable). The breakfast area is very nice, and the staff working there were excellent. It has a very good selection of good quality food and drink. However, the buffet was sometimes a little cold. We stayed here for our honeymoon and unfortunately did not feel it was treated as a special occasion. We didn’t expect much, but even a small gesture, such as a note of congratulations, would have been appreciated. Due to construction noise, we requested a room change, and the staff handled this well. The new room was much quieter and more spacious, with a better bathroom. Overall, we had a good stay, but we wouldn’t return. We paid a significant amount and felt that the experience did not match the price, particularly for a special occasion.

We stayed here last year and loved it. Our complaints this year were the staff seemed overworked. They were not overly helpful or friendly. Our room was spotless but there was a peach pit on the carpet in the hallway our entire stay. Our other complaint was the charcoal lotions and toiletries in the bathroom. The lotion smells smokey. Would be shocked if we are the first to complain. No one wants to smell like smoke.

Excellent Location and Nice Rooms. No pool access during the day, this is separate to the hotel (not clear). Lastly, room was dirty after being cleaned constantly...

Really loved the hotel and the staff is amazing! The place is in a great location near everything, the hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The views from the roof top are amazing. The breakfast is good but the staff working it are fantastic. One woman in particular was great, she took care of all my needs and guided me with great selections. I wish I would have written down her name for the correct spelling. The beds are comfortable and the A/C works great. I would highly recommend staying here. I know my wife and I will be back. By the way the views are spectacular in the morning.

to celebrate my daughter’s PhD. We had a wonderful stay - room upgrade gave us more space for our celebration. Breakfast in the roof top restaurant was superb with the most amazing view. Cocktails and dinner later in the evening also

The hotel location was perfect with a fantastic view over the marina from the dining room. The staff were extremely professional and lovely to speak to. The apartment was very spacious and contained everything we required for our stay.

The room was great although no door on the shower so I felt like I was making a mess with that. The room was very cute and the decor was great. Location was ideal as well. We have a view of the water.

Nice new property

The staff here were so friendly when I arrived after waking up a 3am for a 6am flight. They found a room so I could check in early and it was superb. The restaurant has the best views of nice and the staff are extremely friendly. Hospitality at its best!!
