Citadines Les Halles Paris

I booked two rooms and my friends booked 2 rooms as well, we had 2 on the third floor and two on the 5th. All were extremely clean, finishing, drapery, toilet showers, bathtub, floors, and appliances were in great condition. Lots f shopping and eating in every direction. Just a few paces from thw louvre, Seine and Notre Dame. Ill return to this location in a heartbeat. Staff were all quite friendly and helpful with bookings of tours and places of interest. Easy access to the metro, to and from the airport.

Central y muy lindo

The neighbourhood features a wide array of shops and an outstanding selection of reasonably priced restaurants and pattisserie all delivering excellent value. Among these, a lively fusion Asian eatery stands out as our preferred choice, offering a tempting menu of rice, noodles, chicken, seafood, and vegetables. Its prime location—directly across from a magnificent monument adorned with cascading waters. Additionally, the area is notably secure, with regular patrols by soldiers or police providing a reassuring presence. This thoughtful security allows visitors to fully immerse themselves in all the amenities and delights the neighbourhood has to offer with confidence and peace of mind.

Good room

This hotel is mostly positive but comes along with some things to be aware of. The positives include that the location is great and is easy walking distance to major attractions. The surrounding neighborhood has several restaurants and shops, plus a major metro transfer point. The hotel itself is clean and seems safe, especially as it requires a room key to enter the hotel. Some things to be aware of include that housekeeping only comes once a week. Disposing of trash, recycling, or getting new towels is up to you. We also had an issue with the thermostat. There are two separate climate controls in the room (1 in the bedroom, 1 in the living area with a fold out couch) and both were locked to only go down to 22 C. We stayed here at the end of a heat wave and the room was very warm, especially at night. We asked the front desk if we could turn it down lower and were told that they would allow it go 1 degree lower. This never happened, so I called back and was told an engineer would have to come to the room and program the override. This also never happened. We were offered room fans instead, which we had to come down and get ourselves. The air flow in the room is barely functional (even for Europe), and setting the thermostat as low as it would go required a significant amount of time for it to get to that temperature. I found this situation to be very misleading and disappointing. FYI - a related hotel, the Citadines St Germaine also locked their thermostat, but at 15C.

The property was well maintained and the staff was great. Enjoyed our stay there. Zero complains on the property and staff. However found the surrounding area to be unsafe and too loud. I would not stay there again for this reason.

The staff was great. The apartment clean and modern. The location was near everything. The property was well maintained. Breakfast was good too. Unfortunately Les Halles was a dirty. Trash laying around. Homeless people too.

a rat was running across the bedroom and kitchen in our room at night. although we were changed to another room, seeing a rat in a hotel room never happened to us before.

Great location. Pretty much walking distance to Notre Dame and Louvre. We were there during a heatwave, and the ACs managed well. A tip: there no swimming pool at the property, but there's a little splash pool in the park by the shopping centre next door, which is the 2nd best thing for little ones.

Very nice stuff. The room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. However, the bath was broken when we got to the room.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, conveniently situated next to RER hubs and Metro stations, making it easy to get around Paris and airport. We enjoyed walking to both Notre Dame and the Louvre, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The apartment's kitchen was a great feature—fully equipped and even included a dishwasher, which made our stay much more comfortable. There was also a fantastic bakery nearby with an amazing selection of croissants and other pastries. Highly recommend!

The hotel is well located but we got a room that smelled like poop the whole time! Very uncomfortable. We told the front desk about this several times but nothing was done.

This is an excellent option for families or small groups. It offers minimalistic but very functional separate spaces for sleeping and living/kitchen areas. The surrounding area is quite lively, with lots of dining, shopping snd metro options. It can be a bit noisy at night.
