Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Reception and check-in hours are 3 PM - 6 PM on Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays; guests arriving outside of these hours are advised to contact the property in advance.
