Crystal Hôtel

The location is phenomenal. I was in close walking distance to most of the events on my itinerary. There’s also a train station stop very close by. There’s a Louis Vuitton across the street and a great restaurant and cafes nearby. However the hotel is undergoing construction outside and it disrupts the view. There’s scaffolding that blocked my whole window and men banging on the outside. So I did not enjoy that aspect. I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of my room ,finding things like someone’s false eyelash attached to the bedspread was disgusting. It’s definitely due for an upgrade inside as well. There were not outlets by the bed and the side tables didn’t open. The tub is very high to step into so if you have mobility issues beware. I wasn’t in the room much so I didn’t complain to staff. The staff on the other hand were top notch. No complaints. They were very helpful when I asked for recommendations or directions. Breakfast was an excellent start to the day. I would definitely recommend and stay again if they upgrade the inside a bit more.

Our 16 year old daughter shared a room with us for 5 days and we all found the room spacious. The hotel is very clean and staff very helpful. We found the location ideal for all of our Paris adventures.

Very courteous and helpful staff. The room was clean and quiet. I loved the location. It was just minutes of walking to several major museums, including the Louvre and Musee de Cluny. Easy access and enjoyable shopping surrounds this boutique hotel’s location, including for delicious chocolates and pastries, and unique small galleries. Lots of cafes and restaurants that didn’t need reservations were also in easy walking distance.

Room was small, but clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was beyond compare! Cannot say enough good things about the friendly atmosphere and impeccable service.

Warm and friendly welcome. Lift to access bedroom (3rd floor). Fabulous location in 6th arr. Comfortable and clean room if a little small (normal in Paris). Spacious shower with great water pressure, regular beauty products provided. Would definitely return.

Michel, our check in agent was wonderful! He was super helpful and he gave us great suggestions for food and sights to see! The room was beautiful, everything inside worked perfectly and the bed was so comfortable!

Great location next to the M4 line (metro) making it easy to get to all main attractions and close to the river/louvre. Staff were great and room had everything (mini fridge, wardrobe, bath, hair dryer). Only issue was it could have been cleaner (room was a bit dusty and you could see it on the air con unit). Overall we would stay there again.

They had both AC and an elevator. I did not expect this for a small hotel, so I was wonderfully surprised. The top step on the first floor was worn out and slanted. It was covered by the new carpet but still notable and may be a safety issue for the less agile.

Lovely cozy hotel in the perfect neighborhood under the care of friendly and knowledgeable staff and management! Walkable to all the sights in both sides of the Seine.

The location of this hotel is prime! The proximity to the metro made for a super easy transport to and from the main train station. If you show up early for check-in, they will hold your bags but do not expect a room to be ready. For the price, the room was a bit dated and worn. The plumbing had to be addressed during my stay, which was interesting. The room did feel clean and I was always provided with fresh linens. Overall, for the location, you really can’t beat it and I would likely return.

Great hotel in the great neighborhood of St Germain. All the charm of a Parisian hotel. Old but with great amenities including AC (and we were in Paris during one of the worst canicule or heat wave) The rooms are small but very well organized

Remarkable location. Very nice people

Our room was comfortable and more spacious than some we have had in Paris before. Breakfast was very basic but the lady running the breakfast was lovely and tried her best to make it good. No tomatoes, cucumbers, or fresh fruit seemed strange but she ran out to buy yogurt and juice this morning for us because supplies had not been delivered? She is a doll and so friendly.
