Clean, comfortable, helpful staff, great location, secure basement car parking not too expensive. But: noisy heating (can be turned off at night); not having tea/coffee making in room is a deal-breaker for me. Bottled water supplied, but not every day.

Chambre propre, mais très petite. Attention aux chambres donnant sur la rue : celle-ci est très bruyante et donc impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer la chambre sans se faire réveiller par du vacarme.

Very handy for the old town, which is beautiful, has lots of good restaurants, bijoux shops, and a great market. Rooms are clean. Decent sized shower with good water pressure. Sensible checkout time (noon). But... Standard room is very small, has no tea/coffee making, small thin towels, not enough hooks or electricity sockets. Underground parking is charged, but the pedestrian door is often left unlocked so the car's contents are at risk. Free underground parking a short walk away.

Friendly staff. Good English skillls. Very clean room though a bit stark in its decor. Quiet. Very good selection of TV channels including BBC 1 and 2. More than one chair would have been nice as this was a double room. The room was big enough for it. No bathroom, but I didn't mind. Some might. An easy walk from the railway station. Town centre very close.

Brilliantly located hotel within minutes of the old town and an easy ramble down to the quaiside. Friendly staff and warm welcome. Understandably, restirctions in place due to Covid resulted in limited services being available (housekeeping etc.) but reassuring. Stayed 2 nights, onsite parking. Would book again.

Very good location, a short walk from the wonderful Old Town. Parking available, 10 Euros/day, but you can park free in the Palais des Arts covered park 2 mins walk away. Room clean and modern. It was the cheapest, so no coffee-making, but our incredibly helpful receptionist loaned us a kettle. One of the best hotel showers - roomy and strong. Just one criticism: when we took our suitcase off the top of the shelf unit we were showered with dust and fluff (it still clings to my woollen overcoat), so cleaning the unseen areas could have been better.

The receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived and suggested and arranged a taxi to the railway station when I left at the end of my stay. The accommodation is really well designed with separate toilet and bathroom and the best shower unit of any hotel I have visited. The room was kept spotlessly clean throughout my four-day stay. The room had air conditioning so it was possible to shut the windows at night so there was no noise, either from outside the building or inside the hotel. The bed was very comfortable so I slept well. Breakfast was good, and available early.
