The staff at this hotel were brilliant and very welcoming. The room was exactly as advertised and the whirlpool was a great novelty for the children. The only negative was breakfast; it was very expensive and had a poor selcction - especially for children. It’s also worth noting that the pool is not available to under 16s.

Friendly staff, good parking facility. Covid 19 precautions were good and adhered to,although it helped that the hotel appeared to be fairly empty. Food in the restaurant was very good, at sensible prices.The Spa and pool were also very clean and spacious.location close to main routes, but not too far from town centre.

We chose this hotel because it says indoor pool and we have 2 little kids. It turns out the indoor pool is in the spa and is for adults only. The pool was rather small. The sauna and steam room though nice and very modern only fit two or three people at a time. The room is alright. We were expecting more for the price. No kettle for coffee or tea 👎

very bad services... the hotel is full of painting fume which makes is really hard to stay in. The hotel did not clean our room because we had some clothes on the bed and for them, it is their policy not to clean the room if you have couple of shirts on the bed or else. We were there for 2 days so not really a lot. When we complained they pretty much told us it was like that... not even a free coffee for not cleaning the room. They gave us a strong attitude... very bad place do not go!! I usually do not write reviews but here I had to warn future possible guests. Moreover it is outside the city center so avoid.

Overnight business stay. For the price the hotel was very reasonable. Rooms were comfy and adequately equipped. Breakfast was reasonable but nothing fancy. Local town is rather sleepy but there are a few nice places to eat rather than the hotel. Ther is even a small pool! Outdoors

We stayed here when we visited Strasbourg, on our way down to the Black Forest in Germany. The hotel is located a short drive from Strasbourg but as we were driving it was close enough for our needs. The reception staff were kind and welcoming. The room was simple, clean and everything we needed, including free wifi. We had a drink in the bar in the evening and the beer served on tap was very nice. We didn't eat so can't comment on the restaurant but there's a lovely good size dining room and the food that was coming out smelt very nice!

Good price for the quality. Not far from Strasbourg, however if you do not have a car, train station is not that close to hotel. Swimming pool and big free parking is real advantage. Though the hotel is a little shabby overall stay was OK.
