It appeared to be a very professionally run hotel, the staff were friendly, helpful and polite and willing to help with anything we asked of them.
We had a fabulous sleep and the shower and toilet facilities were excellent.
TV - please get a one or two English speaking channels 😬
The location has plenty of eating places and good if you have a vehicle. It's a little bit out of town

There was one event/issue that occurred which had a big impact on my rating of this hotel. While running a bath in the tub, somehow the tub had an issue which made water leak down to the floor underneath. The staff knocked on the door and then entered the room. We asked them many times to let us get dressed and they started to open the bathroom door!! It was veeeeerrrryyyy uncomfortable. There was a quick apology after the man plunged the tub and left, but other than that, we were not compensated for that experience. The positives, there was a variety of breakfast options and several restaurants to walk to around the hotel. They let us check in early without charge and booked a taxi for us. It was in walking distance from the Galaxie venue which we were there for.

Room was nice, tidy and fairly spacious. The area around the hotel had a casino and several affordable restaurants. Breakfast was 3/5 and my largest criticism was that the shower water temperature went low after few minutes which made it impossible to have a nice warm bath, since my room had a bath tube.

Really nice hotel with wonderful staff. They couldn’t do enough to help and were very friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a slight problem with the air conditioning which made loud noises and had to move rooms after the second night when the problem couldn’t be fixed. It is a shame there is no restaurant in the hotel but there are plenty to chose from in the area. Overall, an excellent stay.
