Clean comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Hotel in a good location for sight seeing and dining

Great location with friendly staff. Room was ok, they didn’t restock the coffee or give us clean coffee cups each day. Linens were always clean though.

It’s clean, quiet and comfortable. The overall feel is that it’s new. We enjoyed our stay here.

Nice and convenient to places we liked to see

Excellent location

The staff in the hotel were incredibly rude on my arrival. They kept cutting me off saying I needed to wait to check in at 3:00pm. I kept saying I paid for the previous night so that we could check in earlier. I pointed out I had emailed the hotel the day before to remind them. I could see that they had rented the room out from the screen the receptionist had open. Once she finally admitted I had done that ( after showing her my confirmation email). We still had to wait over an hour so they could clean the room I had paid for. The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are very small, we were told we were given an upgrade, it had three beds side by side against one wall that filled up the length of the wall. Not an upgrade because I booked and paid for 2 singles not three beds pushed up against each other. Another thing I have to mention is that there were two hanging black and white old photo framed pictures of old movie stars , it was their nominal hotel theme. They were the exact same picture! And it was not done in an artistic or quirky way, it was as if they could not care less about the surroundings.

Such a charming Parisian room for our family. The balcony was perfect, and the shower was perfction! The location can’t be beat. I hope we get a chance to stay here again soon.

A fresh cost of paint in the room would be nice

Great location. Comfortable room. Nice bed. Very helpful staff. Only thing to add perhaps a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and a plug for the curling iron. Plenty of outlets in the room but none adjacent to a mirror.

I mixed up my dates and the person at the front desk went above and beyond in assisting us. Had a really nice room for the night and she credited the night reservation I made in error to the stay. Only paid the difference. Hotel beautiful, staff wonderful, and overall experience was awesome! Merci beaucoup!

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There are very good restaurants nearby and is very close to Notre Dame, Saint-Chapelle and Luxembourg Gardens. If I ever get back to Paris, I will stay there again.

The staff was kind and courteous. The room was even nicer than in the pictures and it was clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. It was a great place to spend the weekend in Paris. Would stay here again.

Very nice older hotel in a great location in the heart of Paris. They offer a huge breakfast ( for a fee) and have comfortable rooms and fine service.

When I booked this hotel the pictures had the look of a quaint boutique hotel. When we arrived, it was as if it was a bait and switch. I never book a hotel under 9.0 and this turned out to be an 8.4 when we looked it up after arriving. The room was tiny and the breakfast buffet was minimal with only eight tables.there was a line of folks waiting to be seated in the tiny room when we finished. The lobby literally had 3-4 seats and a vending machine. The hotel was a bit down a somewhat sketchy alley. I did not pick a winner this time.

Good location Lacking amenities like a mini bar Otherwise that's all it was good for wouldn't book there again would find something else worth the price point than this

The staff is fantastic!

Location was very convenient to all the sites and in a great neighborhood. Hotel was clean and renovated. But service was mediocre and hotel had no charm or character. Skip the hotel breakfast. Overpriced in a small room with no ambiance. Much better options nearby.
