La chambre qui m’a été désignée était au 4eme étage. L’eau chaude prends beaucoup de temps pour arriver. Une grande perte d’eau plus le chauffage dans la chambre qui fonctionne pas car c’est chauffée à l’eau chaude. Malheureusement je suis tombé malade en plus ca m’a gâché toute une journée au lit. Apart ça, le staff était aimable. J’ai deja avisé le réceptionniste le matin en quittant

Hello, I booked a room through hotels.com (confirmation 72066481287364) with two twin beds for Monday, October 13. When I arrived, I was told by the front desk woman that the hotel made an error and that my two-bed room was not available. I was shown to an unacceptable room with one double bed. I did not stay in the hotel. I await a full refund of the booking fee. Please confirm. All best, Robert Sweibel

Good price for a good location, staff is nice and helpful, bed is comfy, room is very dark. But soundproofing is very bad, AC is too low to cool room and there’s no remote, and you have to return the keys every time you leave which can get annoying.

Location was convenient, close to the train/bus station, 7 minute walk to Old Town. Reception staff was friendly. The cons: no air conditioning available due to “it not being summer anymore”, carpet was not clean and food from previous guests was all over, towels were very thin, bedsheets were pilled and windows would vibrate and rattle with minimal movement inside.

Great location in the city, very close to old town. Rooms are not huge but have character, nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable bed, hot shower. I had a room up in the attic, marketed as single but ok for two, sloping roof, loved it. Staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful with upcoming events and guides. Only downside was that wifi on the top floor was patchy... sometimes worked ok sometimes not, it worked on lower floors perfectly well. very happy to recommend

This was a great spot to stay in Annecy. The price is reflective of what you get....our room was small and dated, with worn carpet. The bathroom could use a deep clean. The shower alternates between scalding hot, ice cold, and perfectly heated water. Parking is a few blocks away. But the staff are fantastic and the location is excellent, plus you get a discount on parking. Very close to all the Old Town sights and shops. I didn't have breakfast here, but it looked really good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I spent two nights here and found the hotel excellent. As a solo traveller it was walkable from the station and conveniently situated for all facilities. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. My room had everything I needed and breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I especially appreciated the quietness of the hotel and the willingness of the staff to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend this hotel and feel I was so lucky to have chosen it. I would definitely stay here again.

I was looking for an affordable place to stay that was near the train station and walkable to old annecy and this was perfect! The desk service was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and had character. I world recommend if you're a solo traveler!
