Very friendly and hospitable staff who made us and our two small dogs very welcome. The hotel is charming, clean, and comfortable. The views are absolutely stunning - sitting on our terrace, or on the breakfast room with its picture windows, and looking at the magnificent ocean was wonderful. It's a short and lovely walk along the coast to restaurants and then a bit further to the centre of Batz-sur-Mer. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

This was a short stay at the end of a three week visit to the Loire Valley. We chose this hotel because it was in a good location next to the beach and took dogs although there are limited restaurant and cafe facilites nearby and the hotel does not serve dinner. Thus we had to walk 1 1/2 miles into town and back to get a good meal although we could have driven.
The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the room. We had our dog with us for which we paid a supplement. We were pleased that we hadn't taken the cat because there wasn't room to swing it. We observed some of the adjacent rooms which were significantly bigger. Some were not occupied. Why we were given this tiny room is difficult to know. .

Merveilleux endroit pour ceux qui aiment la mer à l'état naturel. Pas de plage bondée ni de bar à gauffre! Hôtel à taille humaine, bon accueil, bons services, bon petit déjeuner. Le Croisic et le Pouliguen à quelques minutes pour un diner sympa (essayez la crêperie Les Trois Matelots au Croisic: excellentissime!)

Ruhig am Meer gelegenes älteres Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal. Einfaches Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ohne Aussicht, modernes Bad, aber Badlüftung funktionierte nicht, nur je 1 Steckdose in Bad und Zimmer. Einfaches, aber genügendes Frühstück.
