Such a beautiful, calm and functional hotel. Well designed and in an excellent location. The swimming pool is perfect and we loved the parking space system. A simple phone call to lift the barrier. Very helpful staff and good WiFi. Highly recommend it.

Cute cycling-themed hotel. Great-sized room, excellent condition, quiet and comfortable. We did have some issues with Wi-Fi connectivity. And noting parts of the hotel are being renovated so we couldn't use the shared spaces. A mini fridge in the room would be an excellent addition.

clean room. but they didn’t provide a blanket and the room actually got warmer by 2 degrees when we turned on the air conditioning (the cool air coming out of the unit was too weak to maintain the temperature). The pool was nice but shadey spots are limited. Walls are very thin so bring earplugs because you can hear any movement in the hallways. Overall it was a decent place to sleep, very clean.

A priori, c’est un établissement récent qui a tout le confort nécessaire et les chambres sont spacieuses. Le souci principal c’est l’insonorisation qui n’est pas très bonne mais surtout je pense qu’ils ont eu de gros problèmes de finition et de malfaçon. Ce n’est pas très grave que c’est juste pour aller dormir, mais je serai le propriétaire, je serai fou de rage!

Hacia mucho frío, apenas pudimos dormir del frío que hacía. La calefacción estaba regulada desde la centralita del hotel a 18 grados con una sensación térmica muy inferior. Las puertas del balcón no recaban bien, por donde entraba aún más aire frío. La temperatura exterior era de -8 grados. En total dormimos solo 2 horas y tuvimos que ir a urgencias por un cuadro de gripe. No recomendamos volver a este hotel en invierno.

Este hotel roza la estafa. Primero intentaron cobrarnos más de lo que Expedia había confirmado. Al mostrarles la diferencia, respondieron que el descuento de Expedia no estaba bajo su control. Solo después de que Expedia interviniera aceptaron el precio legalmente vinculante de la confirmación.
La habitación no tenía secador de pelo al llegar. El recepcionista nos dijo que debía haber uno, pero luego terminó su turno y se fue. A la mañana siguiente tuvimos que pedirlo de nuevo y consiguieron uno de otra habitación.
Durante el fin de semana hubo obras extremadamente ruidosas justo encima de nuestra habitación, que empezaron a las 8:15 de la mañana del sábado y continuaron hasta las 6 de la tarde. Al pedir una solución, el nuevo recepcionista respondió que no era culpa del hotel, ya que el tramo del camino sobre nuestra habitación no les pertenecía. En ningún momento buscó una solución ni ofreció compensación alguna.
La habitación era mucho más pequeña que las de las fotos de su página web y tenía un grave problema de humedad que, claramente, lleva tiempo sin ser reparado. Además, no se dejen engañar por las fotos del edificio en la web: el 80% de ese edificio no pertenece al hotel, sino que son apartamentos privados.
En resumen, una estancia extremadamente decepcionante, sin la más mínima empatía por parte del personal para intentar hacerla más cómoda o para ofrecer alguna compensación por el ruido.
