Staff was very helpful, location is ideal. But, can't figure out why a bed too large for the room is shoe-horned in, with a small counter-table located so it is almost impossible to get around bed to rest of room.

We were there for one night and had to leave abruptly The next day due to the resort closing due to the government’s directive because of the pandemic Not sure if youvwill refund the money we paid in advance I look forward to stay inv at the hotel in the future The staff were amazing inorganizing buses and trains to get us back to paris

Perfect location for lifts and walk into all the key restaurants. Hotel very clean and has been modernised, friendly staff (booked restaurants for us and paid/issued lift passes - fantastic service). Only downside was parking in the underground multi-storey is expensive (also very close)

Ormelune is a really great family run hotel with a great sense of style. It is warm, comfortable and very welcoming. The breakfast is outstanding. The situation right in the centre of town makes it ideal for access to the slopes and the shops and restaurants. I wholly recommend this lovely hotel.

Stayed in an XL room during the busiest week in February due to a conference. Room is exceptionally large, comfortable with quirky decor. Room safe, separate toilet, large bath. Staff are friendly and welcoming, breakfast was a high quality - deluxe continental. Would happily stay again when it was less busy, and parents aren't letting kids run wild (not the hotel's fault)

Staying for a conference in January. Close to the Centre de Congres, town centre and also ski lifts. Short walk to go up but when there is a lot of snow you can pretty much ski to the door. Individual ski lockers for each room were great. Breakfast good but all self service (including getting your own tea / coffee and toast). No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Staff were amazing, so helpful, couldn't do enough for you. Great shower! Luggage room with showers so we could ski on last day and then shower after checking out.

Stayed here for a week with a large group in February. Location is amazing, right around the corner from the main chair lifts and in very close proximity to all the restaurants and shops. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our rooms included a free breakfast buffet and a very convenient ski & boots storage locker in the basement. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

My wife and I stayed there for a week in January 2014. Overall we were more than satisfied with the services provided by the staff and the placement of the hotel is perfect, with less than 100 meters to the ski lifts and less than 100 meters to the city center. I cannot compliment the staff enough, they were terrific. But there was one thing that keeps us from giving our stay a top review. Noise from outside travels easily through thoroughly locked windows into the rooms with a city view. With a good bar next door to the hotel we woke up every night around 2am to the drunken chatting and/or singing. Nevertheless, I would stay there again, only I would make sure I had a room facing the other direction.
