Family of three, stayed one night for Paris marathon, good location close to Concord and start line for marathon. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The room was modern and tastefully designed. The room was bigger than expected, we were travelling with an 18 month old and the cot was made up in the room ready for our arrival which was very welcome! Nice bathroom and accommodating with our son.

Arrived late Friday evening, hotel is central near metro and off main street. Unfortunately the room assigned was not as advertised ( i referrered to it as an attic/broom cupboard) and could not be swapped out as Front Desk is not 24/7 But this is where the hotel really stepped up next day, they made an arrangement for another single room and swapped me with no hassles. The lady at the front (Christelle) followed up to ensure i was happy and apologized for any inconvenience. I will be back, wonderful place with clean modern rooms

I booked a room an hour before with a picture of a double bed. When I arrived with my partner the receptionist who was very rude, barely said hello, told us she only had one room left with a twin bed. Of course that wouldn’t work for us, I asked to cancel, she mentioned she couldn’t do anything we had to contact Expedia. Expedia called her and she refused the refund. After confronting her on her lie she had the audacity to tell me she has her problems and I have mine…. OK. Disgusting, the lady should be fired. This is the worst service I’ve ever gotten in Paris.

Overall we had a very good stay the beds and rooms are comfortable and the location of the hotel is fantastic! Only thing is the walls are like paper thin and you can hear everything going on in other rooms or hallways

Amazing location within Paris, but lots of flaws inside. Dust all over the rooms. Power went out on me multiple times per hour over a day, and rather than get me a real solution, the only employee there just kept walking up to my floor every time I'd run down and report it chalking it up to "someone must be using a hairdryer" despite it happening for 4 hours. You have to leave your key at the front desk when you leave which is fine, but sometimes the employee would be next door eating or the hotel front door may be locked delaying your ability to get in or out. The price was right for me, but I wouldn't recommend to a friend.

A great hotel for a short city break in Paris. Couldn’t fault the service & cleanliness from hotel staff. Only downside were that the hotel walls are thin so you can hear neighbouring guests and the pillows weren’t very firm at all. Other than that, we’d stay here again

i booked a single room at the very last minute. the room is small but as I am also a small woman, i have no problem with it. i arrived earlier than the check-in time and I am glad that I was accommodated immediately and given a room with a street view, which I love. the lift/elevator is 4/5 steps up, so if you have some heavy luggage be ready to carry it up a bit. I am thankful that I was assisted until the lift. i enjoyed staying 1 night in this hotel, the bed was comfy and the toilet is really clean. only downside at that time was the a/c was not working even if I turned it on and it only started working around 3/4am, so I was not really able to get sleep much before that. i am also grateful to the lady reception as well as one of the staffs in the hotel who were really helpful during my check-in and check-out (i didnt get their names)
