Super Hotel : confort , jolie deco et emplacement au top !

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the rooms were very small and everything was compact!

Staff aren’t on site but very responsive through text. Location was very good and close to everything. We had the room on the main floor which was nice as we didn’t have to carry our luggage up and down the stairs but we could hear everyone coming in/out and up/down every morning and night. The room could’ve been cleaner.

Room was very clean and suitable for our stay. Important to note that the room is extremely small, hardly bigger than the bed. There is literally no way to have a full sized suitcase in the room. Thankfully we had very small bags. Yes, toilet is directly behind the left headboard. Kind of weird when you think about it. No door and extremely cramped. Probs not a place for a date kind of stay. LOL. Shower is actually very nice and behind the right headboard with a small sink. There is also a fan that came in handy to circulate the air. The bed itself was quite comfortable and gave a great night’s sleep. Also keep in mind that the stairs are narrow and steep. Another reason for small bags. We were on the 4th floor! All that said, the location was absolutely perfect and worked out well for where we wanted to go. I do recommend this hotel but just wanted to make sure you knew of potential pitfalls.

Nice location and walkable - no door on the toilet and a mirror opposite the shower so minimal privacy when sharing a room

Le Marais is a such a fun. The room was spacious, clean with a small courtyard. The bed and pillows were not comfortable to me but might be perfectly fine for others. Hotel is well located with cafes, restaurants, boutiques, etc, close by. I would go back.

Everything was perfect, apart maybe the stairs. Not an issue to me but may be if you have heavy luggage or physical limitation.

Staff responded well to my needs and room was suitable for the price. Good location , felt safe.

Great location and very clean. No door on the toilet took a minute to get used to! Not for mobility challenged - narrow spiral staircase. Wifi was very reliable and hotel great fit for us.

Excellent accommodation. However, you would struggle with a suitcase to go up the spiral staircase.

Seriously overpriced for what it is (been to Paris many times), horrible for couples. It’s not even the smaller than usual room size and abscence of natural light, there were ways to add a bathroom door but the designers just chose not to - don’t recommend their “”comfort” double” for 1+ people and 1+ night. I see that in response to other reviews they recommend their suite - that’s even more overpriced. A few positives apart from location, locker option was convenient, staff communication via iMessage worked. Steep stairs are a consideration and I myself wouldn’t be able to carry the heave suitcase upstairs

Highly recommend. Great location. The space is a litte small but totally worth it.

Rooms are small but practical! Their team is not onsite but great customers service via email and text! I was a bit surprised that there were no elevators. If you have more than a carry on or back pack. Request a room in the 1st or 2nd floor. The team was able to assist me with this immediately and I will forever be grateful. I will be back soon. With less suitcases and more time!

I like everything but the only think that it didn’t work properly it was the wi-fi. You guys tried hard to fix it but still didnt work.

Very friendly staff wanting to please. Holding your luggage after checkout is a real plus
