The staff was exceptional, they asked us if we had anything planned and helped us with transport recommendations since we arrived during the strike. They also recommended other things to do in our activity areas so we could get the best experience. The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection (cold cuts, several types of pastries and bundt cakes, cereals, yogurts, a few types of milk and juices). The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. They give you a big closed bottle of water for free in the room, and some disposable toiletries in the bathroom. 5/5 recommend, if I’m ever in Paris again I’m staying here!

This is a nice hotel to stay in Paris. It's close to a lot of establishments like restaurants, convenient stores, market and more. Train stations and bus stops are also nearby. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There's also breakfast that's available for a very reasonable price. We enjoyed staying at this hotel and will definitely stay again when we go back to Paris. 5 stars!!! Thank you!

Need to have phones in rooms so you don’t have to go down to lobby . I did not see a business center. I was told by you that breakfast was included and was told no . He said it cost 8 or 7 euros . I lost my cni card. Overall better than I expected and remembered from staying there in past . Very clean.

Staff was very friendly, room had great cleaning service and location had good options around for food, drinks, groceries and pharmacy. The only thing negative was that the hotel is under renovation work so the way to the room wasn't as nice. There wasn't any mention of construction work which should have been disclosed on the page. Even though there was nothing wrong with the room, the photos seemed very different than the room itself. The balcony was weirdly behind the toilet and not through the room. But the cleanliness and reception staff were great and those matter more, so it was a good experience overall.

This is a very small hotel with lots of stairs. The rooms are extremely small but very clean. The staff was very helpful as we only stayed one night and had to move because my husband has some mobility issues, and the stairs would not work for him.

I was not expecting 200 euros per night hotel, find the following not available in the room, the fridge, slippers, and room very dark , and not the way they shows on line ,the people there very nice, very hospitable ,but over all I was not happy and it is not worth 200 euros , just worth max. 80 euros per night

Recomiendo este lugar si solo van a dormir, fui de viaje con mí familia y rente dos cuartos de los cuales uno estaba un poco más amplio que el otro, ademas que uno si tenía un ventilador y el otro no, cosa que tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta y si son de sueños ligeros el ruido no los dejará dormir. En términos de limpieza todo súper bien, y de servicio también el chico de la recepción fue súper amable llegamos unas 2hrs antes del check in y nos cuido nuestro equipaje hasta que pudimos hacer el registro y el día que salíamos muy temprano nos hizo el favor de pedirnos un taxi

The hotel is located in a good location with shopping and food nearby. Using the lift in yhe hotel is hard as you still need to use stairs which is hard with luggage. Front desk help is very friendly.
