What Guests Say About Their Stay

I was traveling alone so I stayed in a room with a twin sized bed and I definitely had enough space but I'm also not a very tall person so I'm not sure if the size of the bed would be sufficient for a taller person. The shower was great and the water was always warm with great pressure. The location was fantastic because it is just across the street from the Pyrenees metro station. I could get anywhere I need to go very easily. I would definitely stay here again on future trips to Paris.

My 4-night stay was pleasant. Staff speak English. The room for a single person was spacious and clean with air and private bathroom. They gave me a room in the back which was very quiet. They bring your continental French breakfast into your room each morning. The location was convenient to line 11 (Pyrénées station) and stores/bars/restaurants within walking distance. The only little downside is there is no lift or elevator which can be a problem for someone with heavy luggage or have knee problems. Other than that, the price I paid was reasonable and I will definitely stay here again when in Paris.

I was booked for 3 nights but left on the first day. The walls were paper thin, I could hear my neighbours in the next room which was very uncomfortable. There were small specs of what I believed to be bloodstains on the bed which made me suspect bedbugs. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

There is a branch of this hotel in every arrondisement so please be certain on which exact place you booked. I went to the wrong branch and I was kindly directed to the right branch and given guidance on tours. This gentleman was very kind and showed great customer service. The neighbourhood was vibrant with great street art and easy access to transport links. When I arrived to the right branch, I was asked for a fee which was not explained for nor did I receive a receipt and I couldn't pay by card. I was permitted to go into the room as I had no euros. The receptionist held my suitcase the next day until I found a working ATM. This experience degrades the reputation of this hotel chain - hidden fees without explanation or receipts feel unprofessional. The room itself was beautiful. Large windows, a working AC, excellent lighting, cool fridge and charging facilities with USB ports as well. The bed was clean but sheets were ripped and instead of sewing alterations, it was tied up which was quite unprofessional but it was very clean. The desk space and bedside tables were very clean. The floor of the bathroom had soap scum from the previous visit and the hand basin was dirty. The paid breakfast in my room was a sweet gesture and the highlight of this visit. The gentleman who served it was kind and pleasant.

This room was small. Like a dorm room in college. But did you get breakfast delivered to your dorm room every morning?! That's what this hotel does! Love it! A hot beverage of your choice (in this case, mine was hot chocolate), orange juice, a baguette, a croissant, plus butter, honey, and jam!! The room itself was small, but adequate. It did have a mini-fridge, which I appreciated. The bathroom was tiny. The shower floor - which did properly slope to allow for drainage - was flush with the rest of the bathroom floor, so it was tough trying to keep the rest of the floor dry when taking a shower. Sometimes, some water even seeped out into the main room. The housekeeping could be improved. I was once left without any toilet paper. Another time - no towels.

Not the most ‘chic’ of Paris suburbs, but good transport links with bus and Metro within 50 meters. Usual room and bathroom size for Paris )not large!) but acceptable. Walking distance to the beautiful Buttes Chamomt Parc. Good value.

The service is nice and the room is good though a little small. However, I was inflicted by the noise. There is vertically no block of noise from other rooms. I can hear other people’s snoring. In my second night of stay, some bad-mannered people came to my next door and talked and laughed loudly from night to dawn. I couldn’t sleep for that night.

Hmmm very hard to make a comment here. I like how close the hotel is to the metro stop (10 sec walk), but the hotel is no where close to anywhere worth visiting. I go to Paris all the time so it’s ok for me, but if you’re there for touristy places, stay within 1-9arr. Unless you want to take a metro to everywhere, Paris is a city so lovely to just walk everywhere. Other than location, this hotel is pretty good, basic but good.

This basic hotel is clean and comfortable. The management were friendly and welcoming as were the staff. This is not luxury, but it does represent good value in a handy location. The rooms are small (but not tiny) and basically furnished and everything works. The €5 breakfast (bread, croissant, jam & honey, tea/coffee, juice) is adequate without being special. It's convenience, right outside Pyrenees metro station (use exit 2), adds to its value. I would happily stay there again.

Decent and clean with a 24 hour staff, this hotel is great for the price. It is close to the subway station and many eateries so you have your pick of what you want to try and where you want to go. The immediate neighborhood is a little grimier than normal, but if you walk a few streets over, you get into nicer and much more residential backdrops as well as the absolute gorgeous Butte Chaumount Park. The staff are very nice and will help you with any questions you might have and the breakfast was very filling and delicious for something so simple as bread and orange juice. The single room is small and the walls are bit thin (I can hear my neighbor snoring through them), but they are quiet and everything you need after a day of walking around. The only real issue was the bed as it might be harder to sleep on than I use to, but other than that it was a nice stay.

The staff here is very friendly and always ready to help! I just stayed one night in Paris and had no idea how to find my way around, but they were really helpful. My only complaints were about the room itself. It was very small and the hotel is a little sketchy to navigate through at night. The hallway lights were left off and the staircases were tricky to climb in the dark. The walls of my room were also very thin. I could hear everything going on in the next room over. Still, it was very clean, tidy, and next to a very quiet alley. It is a budget place after all. It's also in a great location; just a couple of quick train rides to famous Paris destinations. This place is great for a trip to Paris on a budget.
