De vuelta de un día de senderismo en el Pirineo. Acogedor hotel familiar bien ubicado y con un trato extraordinario: un niño tuvo un pequeño problema y en lugar de indicarnos cómo resolverlo, el personal de recepción lo arregló el mismo lo que es muy de agradecer en un país extranjero. Fácil aparcar a partir de una hora determinada: en recepción nos avisaron a la habitación cuando vieron que se quedaba algún sitio libre. Tercera vez en Lourdes y siempre nos habíamos alojado en hoteles cerca del rio por comodidad: este hotel está literalmente a un paseo del santuario pero con menos bullicio. Todo un hallazgo si no tienes problemas de movilidad (no tiene ascensor). Habitaciones sencillas y funcionales, situación cómoda, aparcamiento sin grandes complicaciones, y un personal amable y siempre dispuesto a echar una mano: justo lo que necesitas cuando viajas en familia. Volveremos.

Location of Hotel was excellent. There is no onsite parking but a small public parking lot right in front of hotel. The hotel manager/owner was very helpful in helping us get a spot.

Los dueños excelentes personas, muy amigables y colaboradores; el hotel pequeño, bien ubicado. Las condiciones no muy aceptables. La ciudad muy sola porque es epoca de poco movimiento, dificil para buscar restaurantes. Dicen que la epoca buena para visitar es entre Marzo a Octubre; nosotros fuimos para visitar la Catedral de la Virgen de Lourdes y la gruta.

12:00から13:30まではフロントは不在だった。昼休みらしい。ツーリズモも一緒だった。聖地にもスーパーにも近くて便利だった。トイレは小さかった。ベットは２つあり快適だった。スタッフの方は英語ができ、楽しい人だった。

Hotel situé en plein centre comme son nom l'indique avec un parking non payant très proche (un plus à Lourdes) Très bon accueil de la part du patron qui n'hésite pas à vous renseigner. Au niveau des prestations la chambre était propre et surtout très calme. Il faudrait par contre quelques produits de plus dans la salle de bain. Déjeuner correct (croissant artisanal) pain, compote, fruit mais en petite quantité. Globalement bonne prestation pour le prix de la chambre.

La comunicación con el hotel fue rápida y eficaz gracias a un sistema de chat, al cual prestan bastante atención. Aparcamiento gratuito cercano y posibilidad de aparcar en la puerta para bajar las maletas. Nos alojamos en un tercero sin ascensor pero el hombre nos ayudó a subir las maletas. Para irnos no estaba, así que no hubo ayuda. El desayuno había que reservarlo el día anterior para que hubiese. El trato por parte del hombre fué muy amable y atento en todo.
