Hôtel La Rivière

Beautiful location. Great food.

Room quiet and great view, although a bit run down - one sink plug didn't work and shower poor in our room. Staff not very helpful for food if you didn't agree to the set menu dining in advance, and not much else in area. Breakfast good however along with pleasant views

Nice hotel on a river. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful area to visit and this hotel perfectly complements the area. Tranquil views across the river from the restaurant and also from some of the rooms, with excellent food and very friendly. attentive service. Ideally placed for visiting the interesting little town nearby as well as the spectacular gorges of the Truyere river and the Lot. Thoroughly recommended.

We left home at 04.00 am on 25th April 2012 in inclement weather arriving at the Hotel La Riviere about 16.00 pm an the same day having spent most of the time in our car, an aircraft followed by a hired car from Rodez. Naturally my wife and wanted to rest and then refresh ourselves after such a lengthy journey. A bath was the treat we were looking forward to, the water from the tap was TEPID. The explanation given by the lady receptionist was" there was large party and the water had been run off" she inspected the room because I believe she thought our complaint was unfounded and perhaps it was caused by the wrong setting of the mixer taps on Bath and basins.In the light of this we washed with the tepid water. The same effect prevailed the following morning and when we returned on Thursday afternoon low and behold there was no improvement. I complained again to the duty manager who inspected the room with his assistant who attempted to adjust the temperature and explained the temperature levels expected by the Authority responsible for setting the requirements and furthermore there had been a burst water pipe which was rectified- over the rest of our stay there was little improvement even to the extent that on chilly days and having returned the central heating was equally as low and we were cold.I had paid for a superior room up front and had it not been for that fact we would have left the hotel and gone somewhere else.

Excellent Hotel. Service discrete but attentive. Food exceptional. Good pool. Beutifully situated. Probably not best suited to the needs of young children

Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel.

Séjour de 3 jours dans cet hôtel qui s'est très bien passé . Accueil parfait , prestations proposés piscine , sauna et hamman très agréable après une journée, et le restaurant avec la possibilité de dîner sur la terrasse extérieur est magnifique.

Séjour agréable dans une belle région ! Nous avons apprécié le calme, peut-être par ce que notre chambre donnait sur le pont, mais l'ensemble de notre séjour s'est bien déroulé et le personnel toujours à l'écoute de nos attentes ou besoins.

Séjour agréable, vue sur la rivière. Très propre. Excellente literie. Piscine en libre service. Bon séjour en général. Village agréable également.

Hôtel idéalement placé pour randonner dans les environs d'Entraygues sur Truyère. Nous avons visité Entraygues, Le Fel, le barrage de Couesques et de nombreux villages dans les environs.

Très bon accueil ! Par contre, la Wifi est faible voire défectueuse !!!

Séjour convenable, mais j’invite les voyageurs à vérifier TRÈS ATTENTIVEMENT leur facture. Apparement petit déjeuner facturé par défaut (explication de la direction : tout le monde prend cette option d’habitude !). Tendance aussi à la forfaitisation des repas. Une formule entrée-dessert peut rapidement se transformer en formule entrée plat (explication de la direction : n’avait pas fait attention).

Bon hôtel. Très satisfait au regard du prix raisonnable Bonne infrastructure annexe. Piscine jacuzzi etc

Sejour agréable, petit déjeuner cheap, aucune spécialité locale pas de choix....

Arrivant en pleine canicule nous avons pu bénéficier tout de suite de la grande piscine. La salle de gym est très bien équipée ainsi que le spa. Très bon accueil, très bien placé par rapport au centre (10mn à pied), au bord de la rivière avec une superbe vue.

Très pratique confortable et lieu chaleureux

Pas de chauffage ni eau chaude, mais le personnel très réactif a réparé dans la soirée. Merci. Cendrier devant la chambre...
