Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Room smaller than expected but lovely bedding, towels, shower, shower gel. Also good AC, window which opens and superb TV with Chromecast. Super breakfast with high qualty products. Lively area with some traffic noise but easily walkable to restaurants. Paris city tax very expensive!

This was our first time in Paris, and travel can be stressful. From the moment we walked in to this hotel, to the minute we left it felt like home. Every staff member we came in contact with was extremely helpful and polite. I would stay her again for sure and I’ll tell anyone who asks about places to stay in Paris about this hotel. Loved the area as well. So many things around it within walking distance. Metro stations is a 2 min walk.

We were in europe and this place was a breath of fresh air. We spent the same amount of money every night and each time had some less than desirable aspects they made us feel like we should have spent a little more so we could actually enjoy ourselves. This place IS everything you can ask for at a reasonable rate. It’s paris. The rooms are going to be slightly smaller than usual. That is to be expected. You wont find something this well kept and modern and great location for less than 200$ a night anywhere else. Book it before they are sold out

Cons:
-The rooms have AC but the temp is controlled by the front desk (thermostat in the room doesn't work). It was way too hot to sleep even though we asked for the temp to be lowered.
-The rooms are VERY SMALL. I have stayed in numerous hotels in the same area and never had such a tiny room. Pictures online do not accurately portray the rooms.
-We had to change rooms numerous times due to the AC not working and one bathroom smelling like sewage.
I will say it again- the staff was incredibly kind and moved us into several different rooms to remedy the issues we experienced. They did everything they could to help the situation.
I would not stay there again just because of the size of the rooms. I felt like I was tripping over our suitcases and the over abundance of furniture in the room.

The hotel was clean and convenient for our one-night stopover in Paris. The breakfast was great! Very extensive. But the big kudos go to the staff. They went over and beyond to help us. We needed a cab to get to the train and few were available because of a big rainstorm. The hotel receptionist found us a ride (when I couldn't on any of my apps) and walked us out in the pouring rain to make sure we connected with our driver. Highly recommend this hotel.
