Staff supper friendly & helpful. Room clean, but small to american standards, however we appreciated the comfort it provided. Location very good. Make sure you understand he closes walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, as taking wrong street can lead to many extra steps.

Building is old with typical old smells. Room is very small, picture shows a lot better though. Elevator is very small, only fit two people with two carry on luggages. No refrigerator, no coffee machine. Red and black carpet seems old and not feel clean enough. Close to metro, you need take metro to most famous places every day. Not recommended.

The hotel is in an amazing location. Many major attractions, including the Eiffel Tower, were within walking distance, or you can easily catch the Batobus to ride to the others. The room may be a bit small for 3 people but serves it's purpose and it was clean and well-kept. The staff were kind. But the location was everything!

The front desk team were helpful and friendly. Making up the room was average, with multiple items forgotten to be replenished. We are mobile, but the elevator only went up to the 5th floor and had to walk a flight of stairs to the 6th. The elevator was also out on the 4th floor. They offered to bring up luggage, but coming up and down could be an issue for some travellers.

It was my first trip to Paris, and I wanted a property that was convenient to all the places I wanted to see. It was very convenient to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Notre Dame and the Arc de Triumph. There were plenty of cafés nearby and even a small grocery store. I would definitely stay here again!
