We stayed here for a week. Here's the good and the bad. The good - Location is good near the Eiffel and Metro stations. - TVs are smart so you can login to your own streaming sites in your language - Some staff are great. I don't know names but a man during the day when we were there and another man at night. - Showers are nice, good water pressure and temperature ranges. The bad - Fire alarm went off at night during our stay. Not a huge deal but it is a negative - "Queen" beds are two singles pushed together, ours was different height in mattresses made it pretty bad - "Air conditioning" is a stretch. No cool air and no fan in room - The rest of the staff besides the two mentioned above weren't great. A woman during the day not very friendly, another night man was sleeping at the desk while we were trying to get in - Very small rooms. It is Europe so it's to be expected, but it is a negative overall and people need to be aware when coming.

Great location close to Trocadero, with a short walk to Eiffel tower. The room was small but clean. Our bathroom was roomy as we had a wheelchair accessible room. Our room was on the lobby level so there was some noise from the doorbell and breakfast area.

We were allocated a room on the ground floor .. directly facing the main road. It was noisy even though the glazing was good. The room was clean and the bathroom was v spacious. It was in a good location!

The room is clean and my bathroom lots of room. The staff is excellent. Special mention to Charlotte and Adel. Both are so friendly and supportive. Plenty of restaurants to choose from which are minutes away. I will come back again for the third time!

There are so many good things about this quaint hotel; from the excellent location, the friendly staff (Adele and Rahamat) and the amazingly grand coffee and breakfast bar to the cozy and clean rooms. My daughter and I had an unbelievable trip and our stay was part of that. It was so quiet we didn’t have trouble sleeping at all. The location was unbearable, right next to the metro and the Eiffel Tower. When we come back to Paris, we know where we’ll be staying.
