Merci pour le surclassement, mais c’est à se demander si ce n’est pas pour éviter les plaintes sur une chambre jamais aérée, à l’odeur de renfermé, fenêtre qui ne s’entrebaille qu’à peine. Comme la ventilation fait un bruit infernal en plus, et qu’on ne peut la couper sous peine de voir la température baisser très vite… assez réservée sur la qualité de cette chambre 101, je refuserai dorénavant les chambres au bout du couloir!

Great location. Only heating, no air conditioning. Noisy area. Staff were great, like the communal area. Room basic but has everything you need.

Yes😊and triple glazing reduced external noise from trains to zero.However no kettle in room and a single bath towel!

A couple of days at this nice hotel in Avignon. Great people at the hotel and great breakfast only maybe a kettle in the room would have been perfect to make several cups of tea at night.

Parking for my motorbike was in the railway station multi story car park. It was wet when I got there so the ticket got wet so the exit procedure took half an hour and the floor was so slippy my bike was wheel spinning dangerously. €9 overnight good and lighting good. Entrance and exit to the hotel itself not easy the first time. Once inside, the hotel exceptionally clean. Huge comfy bed and pillows. Room not massive but more than enough room for my and bike gear. Mine overlooked the railway line so a city view may be nicer, with a bigger window. Area around the hotel not the most welcoming but only a short walk into the centre.

Convenient from the train station. It's also not far from tourist attractions - 15 min walk from Palais des Papes

Excellent Location, right side is Avignon center train station, left side is the Bus terminal, which goes to Saint Remy, to Pont du Gard,,, which is very easy to takes tours by ourselves. Few minutes walk to Tourist Information office, restaurants, easy to walk around the old town. Very clean rooms, nice staffs, made my stay in Avignon enjoyable.

Firstly we couldn’t get in as the entrance doors were locked…in the afternoon! That tells you a lot about the hotel and the area, that they have to lock the doors! We assumed the pokey small entrance was out of use and went looking for the proper entrance, nope, we were right the first time. Luckily we managed to get in, I say lucky but was anything but, place looked dingy and dark. Receptionist wouldn’t show us the room before we checked in, and booked us in so we couldn’t then cancel. Avoid!

Well located just by the train station. It was fine, since it was cheap, but the room was tiny, the food at breakfast very average, and the room smelled a bit moldy. The staff was super nice and friendly and also efficient.

Great location and was good for a stop over. Next to the station, so suited us well. Breakfast was good. Staff not over friendly but adequate.

Au regret d'avoir été gênée par l'odeur de tabac (?!) dans la chambre (non fumeur...) malgré le prêt bien aimable par le réceptionniste (en tout point arrangeant et serviable) d'une machine pour purifier l'air. Encore plus au regret d'avoir été gênée toute la nuit par le bruit de l'ascenseur (chambre 324) qui m'a privée de deux nuits de sommeil réparateur. J'ai quitté l'hôtel ce matin exténuée. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Efficient check in on line, quick turnaround at reception. Great city view. Coffee machine in room.

None of the staff understands English and they are not friendly,worst group of staff but location is great
